Very disappointing service

They did jobs I didn't ask for and then didn't do the jobs I specifically did ask for!
Then when I had to book in again for what I needed, they couldn't comprehend that I wasn't going to be able to work around their schedule.
After all that and having to visit multiple times for a very simple task because they forgot it they didn't even offer a discount, even after adding an extra ding to my car.

They also didn't answer the phone any of the times i tried to contact them

Will never visit again.

Recently had my car serviced by Subaru Sydney City after having dealt with Suttons Subaru for 9 years.
My experience, from start to finish was terrible.
Booking in the service online was an issue.
Calling the Service Department was an issue. The phone either rang and rang and rang before anyone would answer or it would ring out. This happened on another occasion as well.
Being the first time going to this location, I found it difficult to find. I in fact, twice, drove past a sign which is small and inconspicuous before I had to ask someone in the vicinity for assistance in finding it.
In checking in the car, a very neutral experience, I specifically asked for all wiper blades to be changed.
On picking up the car, I noted that only the front wiper blades were changed. On querying this with the Service Representative, he at first looked flummoxed by my question then responded that they were out of stock.
I later queried this with the Parts Department (thank you Dion for your promptness and efficiency) who confirmed that they in fact have the part in stock. I would suggest I was lied to by the Service Representative!
The reception area is cold and unwelcoming, this being matched with the demeanour of the Service Representatives. A cold and unpleasant experience!
Unless they get their act together, I'm not sure I would go back there and I would seriously consider whether I would in fact by a new car from them with this kind of after sale (lack of) service.

I recently had an awesome experience at Subaru Sydney City, Alexandria with Sorin Tzapu, from where I purchased a used Honda CR-V.
I saw the ad for Honda car posted at carsales.com.au. Once I reached their Alexandria office to inspect the car, Mr. Sorin was there from starting to end. He explained me different technical and non-technical aspects of the car in detail, and during test drive explained all the features that made the test drive easier. Being a Toyota person, I wasn't sure about Honda in beginning - but Mr. Sorin helped me make that decision and answered all my questions patiently. Not only he has in-depth knowledge of the car, he is also so pleasing to work with.
I decided to purchase the car, and Mr. Sorin was in touch with me during this whole process. He even took my call and answered my questions on a personal leave day.
