Terrible and very unhelpful customer service team. For an online business this is by far the worst experience I've had - and the issue with my order still hasn't been resolved. Very disappointing and frustrating customer experience.

Really recommend Stylerunner, fast, fully tracked dispatch and delivery. Items arrived really nicely packaged, adding to the high quality service and experience. Stylerunner has items I haven't seen elsewhere and I have been very happy with my purchases so far.

I've been a SR customer for a little while now and have nothing but high praise for their products and customer service. I've always received my purchases within days, regular notifications and the one time I had to do a return/exchange, seamless/easy process. I recently purchased new runners and flight mode active wear. Customer service were brilliant - they listened to me and my feet needs, they know their products, made recommendations, which helped me decide on product/sizing (important when buying online). I am thrilled with my recent purchases, I now know the true meaning of 'happy feet'. Thanks SR. Looking forward to my next SR purchase)

This is my first time using Stylerunner and I have to admit I was a bit worried when I saw the negative reviews after I had placed my order, but I needn't have been. The service was great, I had my order in Melbourne 2 days later, the packaging was neat and the items were exactly what I ordered. The range is great and I will most certainly order from Stylerunner in the future.

Wow.someone is really trying to ruin Stylerunner based on the 3 reviews in the past 2 weeks from anonymous buyers. I have bought frequently over the past 2 years and have always received what I wanted within 2 days. And no problems with returns either. How can a sites shoe sizings be wrong - as one reviewer said - when they are selling major brands? Please take little note of what you read and try this site for activewear that is a bit different and good quality.

Customer Service not great. I placed an exhacnge and in order to find out how to do this had to send email after email as instrucrted. Only problem is the customer service team taking over 24 hours to get back to emails even after follow up. Sometimes 2 days. I needed an exchange for an overseas trip and have sent it back but they still havent got back to me and I leave tomorrow. Phones are constantly on message bank and they direct you to the email that they dont reply to! SO FRUSTRATING!

Stylerunner are the pinnacle of customer service, genuine care factor, fast dispatch, fast response. Love your service.

Wow. Despite the below comments, my experience with Stylerunner was nothing short of amazing. I purchased my items at 4pm yesterday and it arrived at 930am the next day. Exceptional service! Quality of clothing is tip top and received little goodies from the team at Stylerunner. This is one happy customer and no doubt will I be returning here shortly, ladies. Cheers!
