The worst experience I've ever had.
I ordered some shoes 3 weeks ago, I waited a long time to finally learn that the shoes were sent back to the company. Since then I've heard nothing about a refund and the customer service is very disappointing. I absolutely do not recommend

I ordered two pairs of shoes both failed. One pair I got an email saying the shoes was no longer in stock when in fact they had the stock but the team couldn’t work out the conversion between men and women sizes…. Customer help admitted that. Second pair I was sent the incorrect size.

Ordered a pair of sneakers and 2 tops and 1 pair of tights.
Shoes, tights and 1 top did not fit.
I tried the items on indoors for maximum 6 seconds, placed them inside their parceled plastic and back into the parcel bag and shoe box.
I received an email after 2 weeks of returning my items in a PADDED BAG
and they are claiming all items have been worn and are not in original condition.
You try to support businesses and do the right thing and all they can do is lie and manipulate the situation to make a financial gain, will never be purchasing from this store again! Unprofessional and scheming.

Very Disappointing! I returned a pair of shoes i purchased for my husbands bday, According to Auspost they were received by them 3 weeks ago and i have heard nothing, have emailed customer service several times and am still waiting for response. Not impressed

They have the best range, great customer experience, quick delivery times and their sales are amazing!

I had an issue with Stylerunner on a previous order, the owner personally called me to apologies and explain the situation. She was kind enough to give me a gift voucher for me to use in the future (which at the time I had no intention of ever using). Fast forward to 5 months later, I placed an order with no hiccups, my items arrived within 2 days.

Thank you Julie for following through with fixing the issues the company had and taking on feedback of your customers.

Quick delivery of order, but that was the only good part.
Unclear and confusing information on the site around exchanges/ refunds.
When you try and call them they don't pick up the phone and it takes days to respond to emails.
They don't do exchanges (shoe sizes vary style to style). In my case, I ordered a pair of Nike's but they were too small.
You basically have to pay to order another pair and hope they refund you for the first. You also have to pay postage to return them. I'll be sticking to other sites in future.

I have been buying from Style Runner for years. Something must have changed within their team as the last two ordering experiences have left a bad taste. Customer service is awful. Don't bother calling as they don't answer. Emails take days to respond to.

Bought sneakers and a fitness top online. Both were slightly too big, my bad. I contacted Style runner to see if I could re-place. Due to being so close to Xmas I was advised to apply for a Refund and re-order.

I read the Return Terms (due to the shoes needing original box upon return). The original box was unfortunately squashed upon arrival so I supplied one of my own and posted back with a $17.00 out of pocket fee.

The top was Refunded but because the shoes were not in 'original box' with sku number etc they would not replace, so sent these back to me.

Customer Service were prompt with their replies but a little disappointing as the shoes were completely new and unsoiled. It was just a box issue, I mean seriously.

Ordered from stylerunner so many times. Love their clothes and trainer range. Always quick delivery and great service. Highly recommended! Just ordered the new superga slides and absolutely love them.

So easy and fast! I received my shoes within 4 days and the size wasn’t right so I sent them back and recieved my new pair all within the next week. The customer service team were so helpful and efficient. I’m way to busy to shop and exchange in store, sites like this make my life so much easier! Highly recommend!

Terrible experience. Am yet to receive order i placed 3 weeks ago and have not had response from customer service team via email and phone. Buyer beware. Will be pursuing my funds via ombudsman. Doesn't even deserve one star.

**UPDATE
I received a call from the CEO of Stylerunner, she filled me in on the issues they are having with their dispatch side of things. I was given a $50 voucher and was asked to please be patient and she will have the rest of my order shipped out asap.

I waited 2 weeks, my order never arrived. I emailed again to follow up and got a reply stating that my item was no longer in the warehouse and they will refund me the money.

I will never shop at Stylerunner again despite a store credit, the lack of service they have shown through issues on their side I think is really disappointing. For issues to be dragging on for over 4 weeks is pretty poor.

Not worthy of 1 Star.
I placed an order however did not get any confirmation email so I called them to find that have there phones set to go straight to voicemail. I finally got an email reply back 2 days later stating that there computer had a glitch and did not process my order (even though the money was out of my account). I tried to place a new order however the item I wanted was now out of stock after having to ask the customer service lady for a discount I was offered the 10% welcome offer.

A few days later I noticed the item back online so I placed a new order, this time the package took 6 business days to arrive (EXPRESS POSTAGE INCLUDED? !) Finally my order arrived MISSING half the order. Emails have been sent and I have called numerous times however no response as yet, extremely disappointed to find the item that was not delivered is now on sale for much less than what I have paid!

I will not shop at Stylerunner again as there are too many alternative fashion companies with far better service and excellent pricing.

I started shopping with Stylerunner back in May this year (2018), at first my experience was great nothing but positive, however lately I think as they have started to get bigger the delay in getting a response regarding when your order is going to be dispatched or when your return is going to be processed is terrible. When I first started shopping with them I would get a response if not the same day but definitely the next (within 48 hours like they say) now the wait for a response is too long, if your lucky to get one. I tried ringing them a couple of times and you can’t get through or leave a message. SO FRUSTRATING, I don’t want to stop shopping at Stylerunner as it was a great alternative to The Iconic but now serious thought will be put into any purchase I may make in the future.

Always shop at Stylerunner, never had any issues, my deliveries are always on time, my items are perfect. My experiences have all been amazing, the one time I did have to exchange an item, customer service team (Brooke) were so prompt and so lovely to chat to I especially love the fact that they give you a couple of kisses and smilies on the messsges making it more fun and personal. Great website and most of all great service.

I recently placed an order for the first time with Stylerunner for some shoes for my daughther's birthday. Unfortunately, Stylerunner could not supply the shoes due to some warehouse issues at the time. However, I found they far exceeded my expectations in response to an email i sent expressing my disappointment with my initial experience. They sent a follow up email ackowledging their error and offered a voucher as a good gesture. I furthermore received 2 separate calls from the company to personally express their apologies and to get some details to send something extra at their cost as compensation for both my daughter and myself! Today I received these gifts (thank you!) and I thought it imperative to congratulate the Stylerunner team for their commitment to resolving this service issue. Definitely not something you experience generally.

If I could score less than one star, I would. I placed an order, and paid, over a week ago, and still haven't even been told when it'll be sent. Already contacted them once asking if there is a stock supply issue, as I would gladly change the order to an item that was in stock, and I got a standard form reply. And now four days later and I still have no idea when I'll be getting the damn shoes.
