The girl at the reception was too lazy to help.i had a referral but the doctor didn't write my full details.and i requested that she can call the doctor and confirm it but she insisted that i must get a new one.
P.s. Other centers just accepted it.
They are just incompetent

Hi everyone. I had a so bad experience with this imaging. I fell down in my job and gp sent me here.
After x ray they told me: your back is good and my gp followed their report and he said just your muscles hurting.
After that I had to much pain and call back to here, and ask them, are you sure my back is fine? Again they say yes.
After that I visited a few specialist, they told me you have disk on your back.
After afew months when I was sure imaging send the wrong report to me, I visit their boss and I gave him afew days time for say sorry about their job, but he didn't.
Now I waiting for my curt time coming.
If you want have x ray from your spine, you must know that this imaging is not honest. Be careful and use the another imaging.
Specialy if you hurting in the accident or in the job.
Now I can not even walking good because I lose a lot of time about their wrong report.

While the doctor who did the ultrasound was good, the staff (especially the lady at reception) was ill mannered and rude. Didn't even have the decency to apologize. If I was the owner, I would've fired her on the spot.

Even after I moved to Minto, I prefer to come here.bcos of the good+clean facilities & friendly staffs.

The service from the radiologist was excellent and very professional. She explained me images of the sonography thoroughly. She asked me if I have any quesitons/worries which made me feel that they really care about the patients' concerns.

The receptionist are very rude especially the front couny medicare card. Also please dont call me again using private call! Ter. I was actually referred by my doctor in Burwood. Very in disciplined and inefficient service, patient waiting long time and they put late comer first, they don’t follow the order. The lady in reception very rude, not even being apologised for that, Just rubbish

Also why need to make appointment?
We waited an hour to make booking
Then next we come to do the test
We still hav to take number and wait as long
If someone decides to go get their x rays or other test I recommend that you either goto campsie or auburn medical imaging

Sorry to say service aren't that great to give more stars! My 12weeks ultrasound was booked in there but when I went they said I am 14weeks already so they can't do it anymore! Well your staff who gave me a booking should be aware of it why they gave me a wrong date? Should have given me a earlier date! I booked it more then 3weeks ago before the ultrasound date! Staffs are horrible! They don't even know what they are doing!

It was a good experience with the lady who did ultrasound.she was very polite, freindly and professional.will come again strongly recommended

The doctor/radiologist who did the ultrasound for my knee was excellent! Told him that I was a vet student and I was interested in what he was looking at, so then he turned on the big screen for me to see while I was lying down and proceeded to explain every structure we were looking at! I learnt more than I do at uni. I was also given the all-clear on the spot without having to wait for my results later. Thank you again:)
