It's busy so you may have to wait a long time, but the staff are friendly and you can take photos comfortably.

On my first visit, I had an MRI done for a herniated disc in my neck.
I got a steroid injection on my second visit. He was so kind that I wasn't afraid at all.
The injection went right without pain.
It is the best imaging center.
Also, no more waiting at the scheduled time
will proceed on time

Had a chest x ray and the service was prompt and the procedure was easy and conducted in a professional manner.

Dropped in wo an appointment. They didn’t have any available appointments. But I asked them to call me if there was any cancellation. Got it in the afternoon of the same day. The technician was very good at her work / she looked after my wife very well through the appointment.

Strathfield Medical Imaging is a really good Centre to attend.
The customer service assistants are kind and very much helpful and take the time to explain to you about your appointment and how your test that will be conducted.
It was my very first time there and I was left satisfied after my visit.

Everyone at the clinic was incredibly helpful. If anyone might need to get any scans done I would highly recommend going to this clinic. Not to mention the amount of professionalism every staff member exuded. The entire team at this clinic works in synergy, you can feel it in the air the moment you walk in. You are able to feel a team spirit which is quite reassuring for any patient. Earnestness to providing and ensuring the patient is being well taken care of too is at the top of their list. Thanks to everyone who I had the pleasure of being assisted by at the centre.

I have been coming here for long time and I always happy with their service, especially all staff from reception to CT today.

Fantastic service from the ladies in reception to Tim in ultrasound. I have had glass stuck in my foot since October. Tim did a excellent job of patiently searching to find each piece of glass in my foot. Professional service, recommend this team to look after your ultrasound needs.

My last experience was terrible! They had me waiting for two hours after drinking 1 litre of water and it was so uncomfortable. The receptionist tried to help but then went back to social chitty chat with other receptionists while I was waiting feeling uncomfortable. It looked very unprofessional altogether.

Then when it came to the ultrasound I had to get done for my pregnancy, the technician took about one hour and she kept poking into my tummy with the ultrasound stick because she could see the fingers of the baby. It was the worst experience. I felt so uncomfortable. I tried to keep a positive attitude since I had looked forward to the session but in the end, it was so uncomfortable.

I think that any mature woman who has had the experience of going through a pregnancy would understand how uncomfortable this kind of experience would be.

Next time, I would probably go somewhere, where there are older ladies with more experience.

Excellent! Just wanted to say what a great experience i had here. My first visit and i felt very welcomed.from the lovely ladies at reception to the sonografer who did ultrasound on my ankle.very efficient and professional! Even though i am not local to the area I would travel the extra distance for my next appointment. My doctor got results same day and i receive treatment straight away. Thank you!

The level of quality and care that I experienced from the staff at this imaging practice was exceptional. I came here for an ultrasound and x-ray. The service was quick and professional.
Shanuda the sonograher was extremely diligent, had very gentle professional approach and was very empathetic to the pain that I was experiencing after breaking ankle bone

After just moving to the area I had a 12 week ultrasound here. They were fantastic. Highly recommend and so friendly with a great easy access location.
