Over priced. Rediculously expensive. No basic stock like roof zips, which, considering pergolas and roofs are their specially, you'd think they would have. Much better off going to Hudson's, Bunnings, Boltmaster, Lysaght. If you want a packaged DIY kit so you can have a play and build your own, then this is the place. It's just that you'd basically pay the same price to have someone else supply and build. Save yourself time, money and hard work. Go somewhere else.

Staff are helpful and friendly, taking time to help with your needs. Very knowledgeable on their products.

Click and collect is managed by the Head Office and orders are manually released to the local stores. We placed an order online (click) and proceeded to the local store for collection (collect). Upon arrival the staff informed us that they have not received any orders from head office and to validate our order, they had to contact head office.

10 minutes later

Head office manually released the details to the local store who then authorized the handover. The local store staff informed us that this is a common issue and that Head Office haven't done anything to rectify the issue.

On another note, looking at other products on display the store local store (whilst waiting) there were a few items on display/for sale with a significant amount of corrosion (rust) :

- Secateurs (pruning shears)
- By-Pass Loppers
- Round Mouth post-hole shovel

I would recommend Bunnings over Stratco for various reasons and less rust.

Sales woman was a rude obnoxious idiot thought she was too good to be working at Stratco
Was very pleasant til I asked how long would it take to get a flashing folded up and delivered to store
Attitude changed dramatically won't go back or recommend anyone
What hurt her more was she jacked the price up til I told her I had a Stratco account

Read the reviews, was a bit apprehensive to try them, but went against my better instincts. Yeah.big mistake. Rude, obnoxious, misogynist. Never again.

Poor service and lack of interest in their job.
Had to go to the 2 workers at their computer as they were to busy having a chat with each other to help the only customers in the store. Then I ask them questions and they just have no drive or knowledge of the products they are selling.

Decent service, if a bit limited. Limited products on shelves on display, but a good selection regardless. Fencing and sheds do take up a lot of room, and these were kept clean
