I had a great experience in-store with Sean. The service was swift, helpful, professional and friendly.

I have shopped at other building supply stores but nothing compares to the knowledge, experience and friendliness of the staff at Stratco Penrith in particular Sean and John.
Every time I go there they are always patient with my needs

I recently spoke to Shaun from Penrith Stratco. He was wonderful! He was polite and very knowledgeable about the fencing product I was after. Popped into the branch (again serviced by Shaun) and before I knew I we had everything ordered, ALL my questions answered (I had quite few) and left feeling great about my project. Sean Croker the manager here was amazing at helping me and my partner out. We had no idea what we were looking at but with his help we cane to understand the products and what would work for us best. Most helpful person in a shop Ive ever dealt with. 100/100 will come again as long as Sean is there:)

If your a elderly or disabled person that have problems assembling stuff don't bother going to Stratco my 85yo dad recently purchased something from Stratco tried putting purchase together couldn't do he rang Stratco to be told to ring a handyman we've tried ringing handyman and have been trying to put dad's purchase together for 3 hours struggling I had to have a day off work to try and help dad

Jacob at Penrith helped me about replacement guttering on the phone and today in person, He was extremely polite, professional and friendly answering my many questions with patience and extensive product knowledge,

Sean Croker is an excellent Manager at Stratco Penrith. He gives great advise, communicates well and provides an excellent customer service. I bought from him before when he was at Huntingdale and now he is at Penrith served me well again. Highly recommended. Stratco Penrith you will do well with Sean on board, 11 out 10!

Johns' service and the knowledge of his products was excellent, he was on top of our order and when we added more, nothing was a problem to him. He advised different ways around some issues we were having. Their shed installer Aaron and his boys were outstanding could not fault their work. If we need anything else done we will certainly use Stratco again.

I called stratco Penrith back Nov 17 and thought I was going to have a great experience. The lady on the phone (Carrie) said she would have a quote back to me in 48 hours. It’s been 3 weeks and me sending 3 emails and I’ve heard nothing back. So I popped in to see Stratco over the weekend and mentioned that a lady had helped me and asked when they thought I might hear back. The arrogant guy sat on his stool and said, “we don’t have any women working for us”. When I found the email, he sheepishly said it was Carrie from head office. I gave them all my details to give to head office but still have heard nothing. I am trying to get a shed erected for my elderly parents, after a plumber destroyed it, and can’t believe how tough it has been to work with them. So I sent an email to Carrie last night and got an auto response saying she is out on annual leave. It’s a shame, my dad recommended them, I was prepared to pay the premium cost, but they can’t get their act together. No phone call, no follow up, no courtesy whatsoever. And now I have to start the process again.

For a large company everytime i go here they never have stock of anything especially the small consumables you would expect them to have no wonder the carpark is always empty

Great service from the young gentleman that served us. He couldn't assist us any more than what he did. We purchased a carport, lattice, gate, and two metal screens. And pair of eye protection glasses.

Do not respond to requests for quotes. After 5 requests have given up and found alternatives to all five projects.

I wanted to buy the shed but they would not deliver it to the store they wanted me to drive to the warehouse instead

The staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. They understood our problem and supplied a cost effective option. I can recommend this store and their staff if you need hardware items.

Three visible staff all heads down on computer or back turned.
No recognition as to what they could do to assist.
I interupted the keyboard player and it was then I thought.
No spend money here. I went to Bunnings.
