Strata Master

I agree with all the other 1 star reviews on this company, it's astonishing how much effort you need to expend to even speak with the strata manager let alone get any information from them. They have multiple administrative assistants and none of them are capable to assist you (even if they wanted to) which the women certainly do not seem to want to. After multiple emails, roughly 16 calls and close to a months worth of chasing I finally got through. For a professional company handling many properties this unfortunately is just not a good enough level of service. I have dealt with many companies both exceptional and dismal and so far can earnestly say this is by far the most pathetic and atrocious experience I have had with a company in a while. If you can avoid this company, my advice is to RUN.

This has to be the worst company in the world. The property Matthew Pettie, is by far the most unhelpful and rudest person EVER! He never replies to emails and when you request to speak to someone else he refuses to allow you to speak to someone. You can’t make a formal complaint or anything, nobody in this company cares.don’t ever use this company! Find someone else the customer service is SO bad, I’m furious I pay my fees and they can’t even reply to emails or be helpful during calls

Absolutely HOPELESS / very poor customer service, they treat paying customers with total contempt! Their (ahem) " management " fee is increased yearly yet they never return calls or Emails!

Aboslutely disgusting strata company. Never reply your emails, phone calls and text messages. Absolutely disgraceful.

Tried to communicate with this excuse for a strata management company twice yesterday with no response. When contacted by phone was advised that the useless manager of our unit was on leave. Explained to the terribly rude operator that our contract was with StrataMaster, not the employee so got put through to the manager, Steven Pettit, who seems to be the only competent person in the office. Just wish our OC would dismiss this alleged competent group and transfer our business to another group who just have to be better. What makes this unfortunate incident worse is that our problems were directly related to security in our block.

Again will agree with what others have said here. Terrible service, rude and do only the bare minimum.
