Storage King Chatswood

We have been using Storage king for the last 18 months and have found them excellent. They are super flexible if you need an extra storage units and helpful finding the best solution. Kirby and his team are friendly and professional. The facility is clean and all equipment is in good order.

Popped in to check out a few options for my storage requirements, and couldn't speak more highly of Kirby and Eddie who were both really helpful. Kirby showed me around, talked me through my options (and the pro's / cons of each), patiently described how to get in and out of the premises and then explained the contract agreement etc. Really great service and a nice clean facility to boot

This is the third time we use storage house when relocating, renovating. Not only the security technology has massively improved, by far this one is the most organised and spotless clean storage room we have had. Very polite and professional management team is another plus.

Was there a few Saturdays ago was helped by Josh who showed me around and was super patient with all my questions, absolutely brilliant service. He was training a new worker (missed his name) and he was excellent at showing the guy how to complete all the paper work (and there was a lot of it). Great clean place if you need storage look no further!

We stored our belongings for about a year with these guys while we travelled all around Australia. We made a few stops in Sydney along the way and popped in and out, and they were always helpful and friendly. The hallways and storage units are always pristinely clean. On our latest visit we had forgotten the keys to our lock on our unit, and it was no issue to cut our lock off and provide a new lock (after we proved our identity of course!). We are about to move our things out and they were very patient explaining the process for the day of the move. Really appreciate the customer service here, and I’d highly recommend them.

I have had various items stored at Storage King Chatswood over the last 5 years. Always a pleasure to deal with, never a hassle. Don't look elsewhere if you need storage.

I was accidentally charged an extra months rent after vacating the unit. Four months later, I'm still waiting for my refund. I was told by the manager that the owners will not send funds electronically and will only write a cheque. Neil, the manager has been very helpful but the owners are a disaster. The helpfulness of the staff, price, location and cleanliness of the unit were good. I have season storage needs and would have returned annually if treated properly.

Brilliant Business and community supporter, proud sponsors of the best Christmas Lights in the North Shore Times. Their community support is a reflection on this quality business. Having used Storage King for many years, I always found the warehouse exceptionally clean and bright, with friendly staff always willing to assist.

My experience with this company is vastly different to everybody else's which makes me sceptical as to whether these people have actually used the storage facilities other than benefited from the business. My experience at Storage King Chatswood:

* 2 x more expensive than the Artarmon Branch
* Late fees are exorbitant and you if you are a few days late you get hounded by phone, email
* Customer Service and communication outside of "your late your late pay now" is non existent
* Water in the storage room
* Ants in the Storage Room
* Missing a Vacuum Cleaner after the lock was cut to "inspect" the room.

So after 2 years and around $5K for a bad experience I would recommend anybody looking for storage in Chatswood to shop around and investigate alternatives.

I run a small business from the Storage King, and am really impressed with the service i receive there.
The staff regularly handle deliveries and dispatches, even to customers of mine on the weekends.
Free WiFi makes my business easier to run, the facility is clean and modern, and gives my business a much better profile than if it was being run from one of the more common older style storage facilities.
Lolly jar for my kids is a favourite, and the staff are great with kids, minding them in the office when i'm on a phone call.
Rates seem comparable with others in the area, i did a fair bit of research but in the end it was more to do with the quality of service than the price.

Neil and the whole crew at Storage King Chatswood have been fantastic. They have accommodated our small storage needs perfectly. They have always been friendly and extremely helpful. They are great supporters of our local community and I can't recommend them highly enough!

Very clean and modern storage facility, we rented a storage room when moving house so we could have the house we were selling styled during the marketing period. Storage King staff were always super helpful whenever we were putting things in or out.
