Poor communication skills. More effort is put into making local residents and strata committees disgruntled than actually communicating and apologising for the issues at hand. You’re consistent unwanted littering of real estate mailers ensures we will not look to stone real estate for any assistance at any time. I suggest that you invest time into the investigating the concept of electronic marketing for those who wish to receive it rather than dumping cardboard flyers to every household possible. If I can take the time to clearly display a sign stating I do not wish to receive your advertising material then you can take the time to make sure your letter-droppers read said signs
