Stone Heart

Got both my nipples pierced by Dan the other day and it was SUCH a great experience! It was so quick and professional, and it's been mostly painless since I got them done! I could not recommend Stoneheart more for anyone who wants get piercings. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating (I had to reschedule on the day and there were also problems with the bank I use, but they helped with no complaints) and just want to make sure you have a good experience. I want to start this by saying thank you to everyone except Matt.
Especially Ben who after Matt cancelled on me 2.5 hours because he didn't want to do the tattoo I wanted and refused to refund me saying I wasted his time.
Ben was incredible and gave my husband a discount on his tattoo so we weren't out of pocket. Ben also tried really hard to find me another artist close by so our long trip to Sydney wasn't a waste of time.
Matt was so unprofessional and rude by making it all about him and not the customer.
He also blamed the receptionist over text saying she didn't give him any information and tried to blame Ben as well.
After reading the reviews on him, I'm actually glad he didn't do my tattoo.

Stone Heart has been super thorough on the cleanliness and care for piercings so much that I'll only go there now. Staff take healing super seriously and check ins are always provided to ensure a good quality piercing. The on site autoclave and sterilise equipment really impressed me.

Couldn’t be happier! Got my septum done today and I would highly recommend getting it done by Eden. Super professional and calming!

Got a tattoo with Frog - he was great, very friendly, good tattoo artist. The whole business was professional and staff were friendly, and made me feel comfortable and very responsive to my questions leading up to getting my tattoo. Thank you Frog and team.

I got my nose piercings done here and I am so happy I did! Everyone is so friendly. Not forgetting the high quality jewelry and exceptional service. They explained every step of the process and are so patient in answering any questions you might have.

I got a new ear piercing at Stone Heart on the weekend. From the minute I walked in they were very professional and helpful. I ended up getting a different piercing than planned, which I preferred, all thanks to Daniel whose knowledge was helpful in making the decision. The actual piercing went well and appreciate the time they took to explain the after care as well as coming back for a 3 week check up to make sure all ok. I would highly recommend if you want a piercing.

Matt is a weapon, have had many hours with this man and I can't rate him highly enough. Shop and everyone there are amazing too

Big shout outs to Matt V who's given me the cheekiest little hot stuff devil tattoo I could have asked for! Matt made sure I was comfortable the whole time and really took the time to make sure every line, shade and detail was perfect.the tattoo's healed up like a charm, I couldn't be happier.

Had such a great experience being tattooed here by Dan! Such a great design, exactly what I wanted and really quick too. It's healing well and I'm looking forward to coming back to get more tattoos or piercings here:)

Daniel fit me in for a piercing just before the shop closed. He was meticulous, professional and a wealth of knowledge. He provided recommendations in relation to the jewellery I was considering and the whole process was a breeze. I would recommend Daniel to anyone wanting a piercing/s and will be back.

Stone Heart was recommended to me by my very experienced piercer in San Francisco. They were professional and very friendly. I brought my own jewellery (bought some time before) to replace an old piercing. They did so happily and didn't charge me anything, I was quite surprised.
They were clean, thorough and I very much recommend them.

Super professional. I wanted to wait till my piercing has healed, its been almost 2 weeks and my rook piercing has been great, there has been no pain or struggle with anything, just listen to the aftercare instructions! Piercing was super fast and not that painful. Definitely recommend this place!

I had a very positive experience at Stone Heart. They removed my earrings for free even though they were done at a different salon. Professional, on time, and clean. I will be getting all my piercing done at Stone Heart and will recommend it to my friends.

Dan did my second lobe and helix piercings and they've healed so much better than piercings I've had done at other places in the past. Very happy:)

I genuinely feel quite bad for writing this review, i have never written a bad review before but i felt as though it was necessary.honestly, i came to stone heart because of the quality and the amazing reviews, i drove about 3 hours to get there but i was okay with that because of its quality and amazing reviews.when i got there everyone in the shop was very nice to me, it was overall a great atmosphere, i had gotten my tattoo done by "finelinedan" he seemed nice but also seemed like he was rushing alot.after the tattoo was done it looked great, nice thin lines ect, how i wanted it.now i do understand how to healing process is completely on the person, however a day after i got it done it resulted to a tattoo blowout, half the of tattoo had thick spread lines, and was blotchy, and around the top it was especially worse, there was ink spots everywhere from where the tattoo blowout occurred and had went too deep.i figured it was apart of the healing process and i shouldn't stress myself out so much as the healing process is different for everyone.however as time went on, per say 3-4 months most of the lines are crooked, blurry and looked smudged or have black ink dots spread around the lines.again, im not really the type to ever leave a bad review, hence the anonymous account because i do not like conflict, however i was a saddened and disappointed as i was expecting so much from a highly rated and sought for place and especially even more disappointed as it was my first ever tattoo, something i had been so excited for, for a long time.

Staff are super friendly and accommodating, love my new piercing! Jewellery is quite expensive though so be aware. They disinfect jewellery before putting it in, and use single use tools where possible.

Friendly and professional. Worth the 4 hour drive to get there. One of the very few shops with APP certified piercers on the East Coast.

Had Ruby, (@R_KUBE) a drop in artist and she was absolutely awesome. They were also able to fit me in right away which was great. The tat looks fab!

My wife and I have had two tattoos done here. Highly recommend and our local tattoo shop. Ask for Frog as he is great with lines and has great attention to detail. We will be back for more
