I got both my nostrils pierced last night by Eden and I cannot recommend her or Stone Heart enough! It was a delightful experience, Eden was absolutely lovely and helped me pick out the perfect jewellery as well as new jewellery for some of my ear piercings. When it came time to do my nostrils, she diligently and patiently drew the dots so they were perfectly lined up, and talked me through some deep breaths before each piercing. Hands down the best piercing experience I've ever had, I will for sure be back!

I could not have had a better experience for my first ear piercings. Eden was so warm and reassuring, and was incredibly clear and great at communicating while walking me through the piercing process and aftercare. She is so good at addressing any concerns or answering any questions. The whole staff were really helpful and informative, from the booking process to the aftercare.

Got my first piercings done today. Had both lobes and a helix done super quick and minimal pain. Eden was super friendly and helpful. Had a great first time. Definitely recommend others to give it a check

This was my first time getting a piercing, and I was pretty nervous. The people there were very friendly, welcoming and helped explain how to maintain and care for it. Eden was very kind. The process was quick and simple, not to mention clean as hell! One hundred percent recommend, go check these guys out if you’re looking to get a piercing.:)

First time getting cartilage piercings (double helix and conch) and was recommended this place by a friend. The high ratings are not an accident; these folks know what they're doing and do it well. For getting 3 piercings on the same ear at the same time, I was surprised at how little bleeding and soreness I felt afterwards, which speaks to the skill of the piercers here (I highly recommend Eden).

The staff were very accommodating, friendly and answered all my questions. The after-care instructions were clear, and I've been healing well since. I will be back in 6 months to get my other ear pierced (in the same positions).

Dan was wonderful throughout the entire process from brainstorming ideas, design, stencil placement, tattooing and aftercare.

I feel grateful to have worked with Dan who is an absolute professional and talented artist. He was patient and detail oriented to make sure that we got the perfect stencil placement.

During tattooing, he always made sure I was comfortable and I had so much fun getting these three tattoos done all in one session.

Fantastic from start to finish. Made appointment through online booking form and someone got back to me with artist recommendations based on the type of design I wanted. I picked one, we got a consult date locked in for a few days later. No fuss. I met with Frog and we looked at some reference images and then got a date locked in for the actual work to be done, which was a week later. I was so pleased to have a short turnaround time. Have literally just left the studio.
Frog showed 3 options and one was spot on. He sized it up - and I should have mentioneed this was a cover up tattoo - and he was conscious that the design needed to cover the old tattoo, but be sympathetic and proportionate to the surrounding tattoos. Frog's a perfectionist and spent time to line it up correctly before starting. I thought I'd be in the chair longer, but he went through it all with precision but efficiency. He also went over some old lettering in a different tattoo to make it a bit more legible for me.
I love the end result and I'm really impressed with how friendly and professional everyone is. Tattoos are addictive, and I'll be going back to Stone Heart for the next one.
