I have been looking for uggs boots for my wife who due to her syroke wears an AFO on her right leg and was difficult to find one that fit until we went into tge West Gosford showroom. The lady very pleasent and very helpful and got my wife the right boots. She is vety happy now thanks to the friendly staff. Will recommend everyone to buy one from there.
Staff in this shop are really pleasant to deal with and they really look after their customers. I wouldn't go anywhere else for slippers/uggs.

Fantastic little shop filled with boots, shoes, rugs and skins. Bought my first pair of UGG boots here over 15 years ago and finally needed a new pair. Quality and price are great. Staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff when I first visited. Product had a manufacturing error that manifested 4 days later. Went back and they replaced with new, no issue at all. Excellent store with great service AND after service.
