The Lovely, pink haired english, lady that works here is a delight. She was so friendly and helpful. She knows her products. The boots i got are amazing. Could not be happier with the service and the products.

I was pleasantly surprised when I entered this store for the first time a few days ago. It has an excellent selection of good quality products at great prices. The service was 5 star too! We’ll be back!

I got some Ugg boots from here when I was 13 I’m 33 now that is some serious quality you rarely see non of the stitching has fallen apart and the sole is still on them they have been all over the world thanks for selling such good quality Ugg boots

I had a very good experience dealing with Katrina at this store. I visited the store twice because the first time I was tired and short on time. When I returned, she remembered who I was! Katrina takes the time to offer suggestions and give clear info about sizing and stretching of products. I love the variety of styles. Just note there is no refund for change of mind, so go in and try on what you like first. That said, staff make every effort to help you find a product that is right for you.:) Very friendly and helpful.

We were looking for genuine Australian ugg slippers for our son for his birthday. To replace his old battered ones! Such a nice shop to browse. The smell alone was amazing. The lady was very helpful, she produced just what we were looking for and at a good price. No pressure when browsing other items. As my son has to travel for business we also purchased a beautifully made leather holdall for his overnight stays. Delighted with our purchases. Can find parking up the next street with ease.

I went to Stockman’s Sheepskin Factory for a small sheepskin rug to increase my disabled mother’s comfort in her wheelchair. The staff were very helpful and I found a wonderful rug which mum loves. I saw boots and many other things that I would love to buy. I’ll be back!

Bought some Ug boots for my granddaughter She needed a larger size The girl serving us was very helpful and also to our Son and Daughter in Law the next day when they had to exchange for larger size Great product My granddaughter hasn’t had them off her feet since.

This place is awesome! Has a great range of Ugg boots to choose from and other sheep skin related items. The service was awesome no pressure and very helpful just the way I like it!

This was our first visit to this store! Service was excellent. The boots we bought are perfect and so comfortable. Our pup also scored a sheep skin rug and LOVES IT. We will be back!

I wanted a specific colour of sheepskin colour which they didn't have in my size, so it was ordered for me and it took no time at all for the stock to arrive. Very pleased with my purchase and their service.

My 15 yr old moccasins finally fell apart so it was time to upgrade, after a quick look around for a shop on the internet I ventured into the stockmans sheepskin factory for look, I went for a pair of moccies and left with a upgrade plus a a super pair if original style Uggboots, my feet have never been happier.

Easy to order the products online, and given current COVID restrictions, still came within a week of posting. Absolutely amazing to see a small business still standing after decades, amazing service!

Had to finally replace my old boots which I have had for about 6 years. Despite lockdown conditions, I was able to organise what I needed over the phone and to then collect in a safe manner. They were very helpful and highly recommended.

Great shop with plenty of stock. When we got there they were very accommodating, had all the sizes and plenty of long boot options and colours. We tried 3 different boots, all the size we wanted and bought a pair. We were also told of the discount they were currently offering when we paid. Great experience. Will definately use again.

I shop there 4 years ago for a pair of slippers and they have just worn out as I live in them. I went online last week and made 2 purchases and received free delivery. The website is so easy to use and we’re delivered in 3 days. I even got a curtesy message from them asking if I was satisfied. Can’t fault there customer service in any way. Thoroughly recommend.
