Gaelle Duval the property manager and team lat Star partner Stmary is doing wonderful job on managing my property in the past 12 month. She is very friendly, energetic, competent and efficient. Easily accessible, prompt to answer phone message and emails, doing routine inspection in a regular base. It’s really pleasant feeling to deal with a professional person like Gaelle, I would like to highly recommend Gaelle and Star partner St Mary’s team for the excellent service.

Have had a terrible experience using this agency to rent out my investment property. It's been 3 months without a tenant and counting. On multiple occaisions I have gone online to see the property poorly advertised, and open home times not set. Communication is poor. Proactivity is non existant. Would suggest you avoid them at all costs to manage your property.

Worst experience, avoid looking for rentals from this agency. They put inspection date when you attend they tell you the property is already leased. You give your application for a property they advertise it back for inspection without giving you an answer. They don't get back to your calls or message. Not professional at all. NOT RECOMMENDED

If i could give them a 0 i would! 0 for Alicia Sultana too, she's horrible! Don't rent a house through them - you will regret it!

Darren, Catherine and all staff at Starr in St Marys have been nothing but helpful and professional the whole 4 years they've managed our investment property in St Marys so far. We're now looking at selling and are using Starr's sales team for that because of the service we've received from the rental side. Cannot recommend enough.

I had a very bad experience to rent a house with Star Partners St Marys, specially with Tamara and now Alicia Sultana, will never use them in future and will never recommend anybody, simply worst is town!

Unbelievably unprofessional. We got charged $220 to have a cleaner go in to the property we moved out of for “streaky mirrors” and “dirty windowsills”. They never returned my calls, my messages never went through, we had to pay so much in arrears because their accounting department is ridiculously outdated. We have never had SO many issues with a real estate. It took 7 months of me contacting them to get air conditioning installed and almost 100% sure that the property manager didn’t bother contacting the owner.we were also there for 3 years and nothing was done about our mail box, resulting in countless amounts of mail stolen and lost. Receptionists also incredibly rude.

I have so far had a great experience with Tamara and the rest of the team at the above mentioned real estate. They are very professional and efficient with the way they handle their clients. I would highly recommend their services.

Kim is one of the best persons to deal with. I rent a property which she manages. I am not saying that everything went perfectly (because often you need to get approval from the owner). But Kim is willing to help, responds to email on time, and tries to go beyond. Keep up the good work.
