As a previous Tenant back in 2014 our property managers we dealt with were amazing easy to liaise with and fast responses if any queries regarding the property. Very unprofessional.
I was booked for an inspection at 4: 15pm for a rental property on a Friday. I took the day off from work to not be late and at 3pm I get a text stating inspection cancelled, I call the agency and they state that the property had an approved tenant from morning?
1- why did i get the text at 3pm
2- why was my inspection not booked in earlier if there were slots available
3- why didn't we get a chance to put an application forward before the owner even made a decision
Side note i wanted to offer more money then what's stated to get the property.
