Five Star Service Again
Our investment property at Westmead has been very professionally managed by Star Partners at Merrylands for close on 20 years. Agents have come and gone, but in that time I don't think our property has been empty for more than 3 weeks in total. That is because we get prompt notice of a vacation and are able to speak with the agent well in advance of the property going on the To Let sites so we can refresh the property or do any renovations and they offer advice about changing tastes/ trends and pricing. Star make sure our photos and presentation is up to date before we go to market and the turnover time between tenants has been sometimes as short as a day. Parul Tandon has been our agent in the past couple of years and has been excellent - always available, honest and does what she'll say. Just what you want from the real estate looking after your biggest investment.

Excellet service, work hard, consistently update information in time even late night.

They do not respond to email, and dont return calls. I put in my application for a rental property with a follow up email and phone call only to find out 1 week later by checking the website that a deposit had been taken. Very unprofessional to ignore customers.

Unprofessional and non responsive. They will not provide clear responses or information and are not able to perform their duties professionally or obey the strata laws. Staff are not properly trained and rude.

Fantastic company. Not working properly, just excuses, never consider customer service. They only work before sign on a contract, after that never ever expect anything from them. You have to check everything by yourself. Do not rely on them because you will get just disappointed.

We have dealt with Starr Partners Merrylands on multiple occasions and have nothing but high praise for their work ethic. The level of professionalism and attention to detail is second to none. A wealth of knowledge, courteous and respectful at all times, I would not deal with anyone else.
