57Ordered ink cartridges 1 week ago but not delivered just found out that its been sitting at post office for 5 days and was not informed of this very unimpressed with the service
Terrible, express delivery on my package, I actualy wasnt home when delivery was attemped, rather than taking my package to local post office some 200m down road from me, they now expect me to drive over 1 hour to collect my package from there depot.
Startrack express should change there name to startrack depress discusting service.my grandmother could do a better job if she came back from the dead in her Combi
Had 2 parcels sent by the same distributor at the same time, both arrived at unanderra at the same time but only one was divided to the house. Its now been 2 days and im still waiting for the second box
Waited all day for a delivery that never turned up phoned them was told they would call back no phone call not happy Jan.
Polite customer service but don't count on your package being delivered unless you prod them with a stick twice daily for a week.
The best I can say about them is that they are reliably unreliable.
Under no circumstances use this company, it was only after i was so badly treated by these people that i read the reviews.they are all true, the worse customer service in history.
Drivers are constantly useless no matter what suburb I move to. Phone operators are as helpful as they can be given the pain these drivers give everyone.they are.well, what to say! Unaccountable?
Most every deliver I've had needed to be chased up, and/or picked up myself, bar none!
7 out 10 delivers are left without an "attempted deliver" card (not to forget that I am actually home during these so called missed deliveries) & the only way I know I even had a delivery attempt is by checking in their site or with the seller!
These drivers waste my day & my money waiting on them to not even bother getting out of their vans.i mean, why bother getting out of bed!
I cringe every time a seller tells me my delivery is coming by StarTrack. Greg Poche should be ashamed of the business he's created.
1 star for the drivers (if they even exist!). The only saving grace is the phone operators as mentioned above, purely because of their manners as they cannot resolve the issues anyway.
Can’t give a lower rating but want to.
They advise that they have my item and to expect it today.
Days later when I want it followed up that is both annoying and too much effort for them to do,
And Stat track are same as Aust Post, what a joke!
This is their normal attitude, it’s not the first time it’s happened.

No, I would not recommend this business at all. This is now the third time they claim to have come to deliver a parcel when I was at home, claimed there was no one there and taken it back to the deport. This is highly unsatisfactory as they obviously never even checked, but only put the card in the mail box.
Advise to customers: dont use Startrack A WASTE OF TIME AND CERTAIN THAT YOUR PARCEL WONT BE DELIVERED.
Terribly run business. As a business owner reliability is the number one thing you look for in a courier. This company is by far the most unreliable courier we have come across. Unable to contact warehouse directly for missed delivery and parcels always left at Unanderra depot which is an hour away from the southern highlands. Never leave delivery when authorised to leave with no signature. It’s simply unacceptable.
Every time something is delivered through this company you never hear a knock at the door or a door bell ring, just a piece of paper pushed under your door.very unreliable.you could be sitting in your front lawn and they would still just put a piece of paper under your door and say no one was home.
Waited all day for them to leave a returned to depot in mail box, didn't even attempt to go front door, was on Friday so I can't pick it up untill Monday tho either. I'll stick to australia post next time.
If I could give no stars I would.absolutely pathetic service.received a missed delivery card on Friday.organised to receive on Monday. Nothing.many phone calls later and will deliver on Thursday. A week to get 2 hours is a joke.
I have to wait at home between 9 and 5 because there's no way to tell when the driver will arrive. Lockdown. The fellow said morning. It's afternoon. Still nobody arrived and can't go out. Oh dear. Do not use pickup service.
Unfortunately, 0 star rating is not available. Received a text message at 11.10am stating my $1600 worth of goods were delivered, "Your parcel NFPZ0001 was delivered today. As the premises were unattended your parcel has been left as instructed. Do not reply"
I have since checked all surveillance footage to which no delivery was attempted. I spent an hour on the phone with an automated answering service that could not decipher or distinguish between the letters NFPZ with ANST and NFTZ along with many other combinations, to which even "assistance" could not be distinguished by the "intelligent operator" either.
I had finally got through to customer service, which the girl then couldn't understand basic phonetics of November, Foxtrot, Tango, Zulu, and asked if I could say the letters instead, I gave her my consignment number, which to she responded, I will put you through the correct department. Again, transferring me to the automated answering service.
I got through a second time and spoke to another operator, which she instructed that the instructions were to leave it at the door. I advised her that this was false and incorrect, which I could send an email copy of the original invoice which did not show this.
Currently, the items location is being investigated, hindering my operation of business whilst we find the items, and the complete lack of professionalism, care of duty and disregard to the goods and services provided. I would not recommend this service to anyone and have seen better service by monkeys in Thailand.legitimately.
Not reliable service. Called the customer service center and rescheduled delivery but it too never happened.
4 Days of waiting for a Parcel to be delivered. Tracking shows the parcel has not moved. Upon calling startrack and being promised next day delivery for the past 3 days the item is still sitting in Wollongong.
The driver who turns up at our place is lovely, really no fault to him at all - he's tops. As are the staff at the depot if you need to go there.
The company itself are an absolute horrid nightmare with the most useless rude customer service you could ever imagine.
Absolute garbage, this company is awful it’s horrible delivery was not delivered got a blue card, package was supposed to come on Wednesday, went to pick it up on Friday apparently it’s still out on the truck. The package is worth $1500 and they can’t even get it to me, absolute trash. No one should use this company, I have to walk 30 minutes to the depot spot just to be told sorry can’t help, will attempt to go back on Monday, if anyone gives this company a 5 star they’re paid to do it. No one could possibly give it 5 stars this company is absolute cancer.
