57Very unhelpful and multiple deliveries take over a week with express postage and there is limited customer assistance.
Got a card saying to pickup from the depot. Went to depot and they said it's not there. Tracking says it is there. Looks like they have no idea where it is when the driver could have just left it in a safe place at my house
Lazy and incompetent, austpost shouldn't be using these shonky couriers. It's easier to write a card than actually deliver a parcel. The worst.
Poor service! Was waiting for my parcel the whole day and certainly got a message saying that you need to collect it from agency. Tried calling them but they have no customer service representative. The guy didn’t even bother to enter the building.security room is there plus I was waiting for my parcel the whole time.

On their website it said premium parcel can request a delivery time, so I called the lady answered the phone told me no such thing. So have to wait at home whole day for the delivery.
I ordered a parcel through star track, I was sent an email from AusPost saying they would hold it until 15/11/22. When I arrived at the collection depot on the 14/11/22 they had sent it back, and said the onus was on me to organise the package to be resent. The lady at the counter was nice, and said "this happens all the time" and "I wish they wouldn't send those emails" indicating this is a long standing problem that they have not resolved. She said that their policy is that they keep it for 7 to 10 days before returning it.
Really annoying to have to drive all the way out there. At least the parcel was there and the girl at the covid safe window was very pleasant.
Third time I have paid for express shipping and to be left at my house.
If you can't leave it at my house don't give me the option to pick it what's the point
Attempted delivery message was sent when no attempt was actually made. I was home waiting for the package. While waiting, had other deliveries arrive no hassles. Still waiting for star track. Didn’t want to leave any stars but had to in order to send this message
Round and round in circles with automated phone message. I only wanted to find out if it’s in the warehouse so I can pick it up myself.: (
Unbelievable, I check the tracking number to be surprised that it told me delivered and of course when I cam to check the parcel had been signed off by someone else.
Ringing the "132345" number is an absolute waste of time, nobody answers it. Each time I rang it I was put on hold & would be put on hold for up to about 20 minutes before the line would be cut off, forcing you to ring back just to get the same thing. I gave up after the 5th time. They sent me a message saying the parcel had been delivered, nothing was delivered. I searched all around the front of my house in case they left it somewhere, looked inside the letterbox in case they left a card, nothing. We were home the entire day that they said they delivered it. Absolutely hopeless!
If I could give this service 0 stars I absolutely would. Parcel supposed to arrive on Friday and yet here we are on Monday. My tracker has said "on board for delivery since 9am and it is now the end of the day so i doubt it will be delivered today too. This has been the most despicable courier service I've ever had the misfortune of using.
I have rang their office multiple times and they have said they will contact the driver and put my order under 'urgent' as I need it badly. Nothing was done. Useless company.
Parcel was delivered to the wrong address. Can't get a hold of anyone when i ring. Don't even deserve one star rating. I saw one courier throw the parcel towards the front door didn't know i was watching from inside. Hopeless
Same as the other reviews. Wont leave it at the local post office for some reason. Quite rude on the phone.probably hate working there. I would.
Kind of annoyed I can’t give them 0/5 stars. Spent $300 on express shipping and it’s 2 weeks late. Was meant to take 3 to 5 days I think. Can’t use my car without this part. I’ve called about 10 times in the last 2 weeks about this item but the people have been rude and unhelpful in providing details. E.g I was told on 2 separate occasions that they would have an investigator call me the next day. Neither of the times did that happen, then they tried telling me that they tried to call me but I didn’t pick up (every call on my recents has been picked up and I haven’t missed 1). The number was right as well which was confirmed 5 different times. Then it said it had been delivered an hour ago (currently Friday afternoon) so I called and they said that they wouldn’t be able to deliver it until next week and that it must have been a glitch. Annoying considering that my farm driveway is 1.5km + in distance.yesterday I was told it would be delivered tomorrow (today) which obviously wouldn’t happen. I will never use startrack again and I advise you do the same. I demand a refund for this unprofessional and wrong manner they pride themselves on. They must be hauling the stuff with a bike.
Parcel weighed about 30kg so as I watched driver just started rolling it over and letting it drop told her to stop her response they pack them pretty good and I don’t want to hurt my back got a trolly so no more damage hope the lcd screen isn’t cracked!
When you call their 13 number the message says please don't be rude to our customer service agents as they are human like yourself. However, their own customer service agents are very rude and un-helpful. Not interested to listen to what you are saying. Just repeat their standard response like broken record.
My order would arrive faster if you rode it here on a bike. I recieved a message 2 days ago saying my parcel would arrive before close of business. Still no package. Almost 1 week for EXPRESS POSTAGE! Cant even talk to anyone to see if my package has been misplaced, all automated.
