Star Car Wash Roselands 2

Probably the worst car wash I have ever been to.
Car was not wiped, water marks all over the car.
Inside was not wiped down properly. Cloths were not change from cleaning tyres to cleaning car body.
Dispointing service do not recommend

My review concerns the Star Car Wash located outside, next to the Coles parking area. I have used the underground one and was very unsatisfied. The Star Car Wash located by Roselands Drive is outstanding! Always great service, very friendly staff and the car is ready on time. Very clean, well polished and great courtesy. I do not trust my car to anyone else. Don't even bother with the one downstairs.

They were fantastic at Roselands. My car hadn’t been vacuumed for a couple of months. I’m grateful to be driving a clean car.

I was very happy with the job they did on my car, well worth the money! A great job and service was prompt!

Not a perfect job as I had to wipe a mirror & area below a number plate but I would return.
I’m not sure that just over an hour was long enough for the service I ordered but maybe with a few people it was enough.

At first I thought it was a bit pricy for an intensive wash and polish considering my little Mini Cooper is tiny.but I honestly couldn’t even recognise my car when I came to pick it up! It was so immaculately clean. I usually don’t get this intense of a wash but my car was filthy today so it definitely need the extra love

Have used before was always good but today worst cleaning job ever. Didn't vacume properly nothing wiped down inside and dirt still all over wheels and some doors.

The worst carwash ever I payed 75 for a car wash and vacuum which they did a horrible inside job the mud was still left in the car they did not clean I would not recommend anyone going there even if they gave me a free carwash ill pass on that thank you I would rather do it myself

They do a great job, but staff could do with a bit of customer service training, just a bit on the rude side

Was charged for the premium detail, with the job completed in 20 minutes. The tyres weren’t cleaned, the rubbish taken out, vacuum subpar as there were sediments in the back still.

I’ll never return to you again, and hope that people will see how extortionate your prices are with limited effort

Inside of car was very good - clean and fresh however the outside was very ordinary- missed patches and very basic
Not the usual standard delivered by star @ Roselands so whilst my car was in Need of a very good wash it received just a wash

Terrible service. Man was very rude, did not smile or make eye contact - I feel this was a racist attack because I have white skin. Disgusting behaviour

Very bad service and I was very unhappy, they left it dirty and rubbish was left in the car. Never going back to them

Excellent cleaning job inside and out. Looked like new! Completed on time. Very happy with the helpful customer service.

My car was washed and polished for a very reasonable price. The staff was so nice and lovely with a big smile on his face.

Great service! The location is amazing, I could drop the car off and go shopping whilst the car is being washed. My car was really gross but the team did an incredible job cleaning it! I loved that I could also book an appointment online without any hassle and the prices were very reasonable!

The first time I took my car there the service and price represented good value for money. This time around, they were expensive, the car was not washed properly (in some areas it was as of it wasn't touched at all) and I doubt that it was quality checked by anyone. Not worthwhile. Will not be going there again, even though they are around the corner from me.

It was very friendly staff and quite professional just one thing my wife notice that her side door was not clean properly apart from that I am very happy from there job

The kids left the car in a complete mess.these guys did a really thorough clean in and out,
Absolutely spotless definitely will be a regular customer.
