Don’t waste $75. Terrible Car Wash and the Manager when O complain advised what do you want for $75. We have so many cars we can only spend limited time. He attitude was beyond poor

Asked for car wash and vacuuming costs $75, at the end was charged $95 apparently for car waxing and car doesn't look waxed at all.zero starts and never going there again

Was told I did my booking wrong when all I did was select the services I required. For the money I paid, the clean should have been so much better. It was not horrible but just not worth the money in my opinion.

Took my car for a clean in and out … paid $70 and had to redo it myself when I got home …. Very, very poor service

I took a 2 door work ute, that was pretty dusty to be cleaned. Being a 2 door Ute, there is only half a car to clean.

They charged me $120 to clean it, Charing extra because it was “dirty”
Ofcourse it’s dirty, I would be paying to clean it if it wasn’t dirty.

Then when I get the car back, it is still filthy. When I asked them about why it was still so dirty they said “because it was very dirty when you brought it in”

So they charge extra because it’s dirty, but they won’t actually do extra work on it to clean it.
When I say it was still dirty, I’m talking about running my hand across the dash board and ending up with a dirty hand.

They were so rude to me when I tried to get them to finish the job.

Expensive and awful quality. Rude staff. The guy yelled at me because I said hey my car wasn’t clean.

Not customer service friendly. I found new scratches on my car after getting it cleaned. Just use your gut instincts when initially speaking to the guy who collects the money. If he appear to have an attitude don’t use the service.

Good customer service is a thing of the past in this Country.

Terrible. If I had time I would've taken the car back. As like other reviews, back of the car not even attempted. Stains not cleaned on back windows and doors. This was the premium service. The only thing premium was the price they charged for a poorly done job. Took twice as long as initially told so I was in such a hurry to leave I didnt even check the work Never again! Can't believe they even expected a review following.

Stole a bracelet from my car and denied it. I had dropped it down the side of my car and made it known that I’d like them to find it and return it, as it couldn’t reach it. Service was sub par.

Hadn’t been here for over a year and I must say they are 100 times better.
Good price, fast service and car was beautiful and clean.

I have used this car wash before but today I took my car in for a wash, it wasn’t even that clean I pointed out parts to the guy and he gave attitude about having to wipe back over it. I would never use the car wash again!

**Do not use this place even if it is conveniently located in the Roselands shopping mall**. This has to be one of the worst car wash places in Australia! I paid $57.00 to get my car cleaned inside and out. The car came back to me dirty on the inside and patches of dirt on the outside. No attention to detail! Car still had dirt on the mirrors and panels. I had to ask the owner to fix these issues and she kept saying "we did that". No excuses you just rip people off and take their hard earned money! Other places do the same job for much cheaper! Extremely disappointing! I do not want the business to respond to this because your response is a load of bs!

We took our car in for a wash and polish. When picking up our car we noticed that the volume button on the dash bad been broken off and lost. Accidents happen. The men were very helpful and helped us look for it. Unfortunately it wasn’t able to be found. We have been in contact with the owner because we expect for the broken part to be replaced. We were hung up on and ignored by the owner so sourced the part in the most cost effective way and replaced it ourselves. We have since emailed the owner two times and asked to be reimbursed for the car part and the car wash. We are still awaiting response. We asked to be reimbursed for the car wash too because the car was still left with marks on the back of the front seats. I strongly recommend that you do not attend this car wash as they don’t do the best job but the owner will not take responsibility for any accidents that occur when your car is in their care.

Manager and team did a wonderful job. Professional service from start to finish and all done in a reasonable time. My car was sparkling clean. Will definitely come back again!

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They are a company who take your money without providing the service you paid for. I paid $64 for a subpar vacuum (my 3 yr old could have done a better job), dashboard not touched, side doors not touched, windows half done with a dirty rag - even the outside was patchy and needed to be redone. I was so shocked by the fact that they blatantly took my money fully knowing that they did about 2 mins work on it. Refunds are not given or offered due to “the efforts on the car already been done” - managers quote.
This mob is a bunch of lazy, unapologetic, uneducated people who are in business to rip you off. Note that all my reviews are positive ones but after the response of my complaint, I simply had to reach out to anyone that is considering using Star Wash at Roselands. Don’t be fooled by the ‘one on the outside and the one in the car park’ - they are both owned by the same people, they just bounce their idiots from one car wash to another.
Extensive chats via email with Pamo who refused to take ownership of their faults, instead wanted me to send her pics of all the things that weren’t cleaned so that I can come back to them and ‘get it fixed’. I would rather run my car through muddy waters than ever return to you and your lack of responsibility.

Not sure why I was charged $69? The man was very polite however can't say the price I paid was really worth it. Vacuuming average mirrors still had cobwebs. Also I received pick up message at 9.50 pm. Over priced for average wash

I came back from a road trip yesterday and my car was filthy. I arrived late to have my car washed and it was almost closing time and just got in.
My car looks clean and spotless throughout!
