Star Car Wash - Westfield Warringah Level 1

I left my car, volvo with them while I went to the dentist, I said the wheels very dirty! I came back to a very clean car. Thxxx

I have been consistently impressed with the guys on level 3 Warringah Mall. Today I booked the wrong car wash online - but the guys stepped up to get it done, super quick and to a great standard. Previously I had a petrol spill and they went over and above to remove this, taking far longer than advertised / paid for. Do yourself a favour and book level 3! Thanks Luke

I really was impressed with the 2 mens extra customer service they provided. My car looked brand new. Excellent job! Very grateful for their care and attention to detail.

I get bombarded with text-messages even after the service. I didn’t ask for it and I can’t ‘unsubscribe’!

Platinum Wash incl.interior vacuum & detail was good but not great. I think the vacuum was quite rushed, still quite a bit of hair, fluff, residue etc left behind. Wash was great & wheels/tyres sparkling.

No matter where I am either local or interstate, the service at Star is always exemplary. Staff are unfailingly polite and always go the extra mile to deliver great results in record time. I used to do this all myself but the staff at Star far exceed my abilities in the car-care department!

Absolutely wonderful service under pressure on a Friday. WARRINGAH MALL HAS 2 LOCATIONS please be mindful and explicit when checking details of what you booked online. I got confused. The seats arw awesome and they really busted their a$$e$ getting it done fast, next time I will book in with more that the allotted buffer time. The website booking needs improved UI and clarity of services.

Manav and his team did a fantastic job. They were very thorough with the cleaning and wax polish. Highly recommend them

Good car wash. Car was very dirty after a long road trip and they cleaned it well inside and out. Friendly staff too! A little expensive but you pay for the convenience I suppose. Would recommend!

The worst car cleaning experience i have had.i left my car 1 hour and 15 minutes so that in the end my car key was stuck inside because the doors supposedly closed alone (it never happened to me) the car was not cleaned properly for the price I paid there was still dust the windows themselves were not completely cleaned (I have pictures) I will never recommend this place which is to be avoided.

I have been a Star Car Wash customer for several years (Southern Suburbs), but this was the first time at Warringah Mall and it was not a nice experience.
I asked for a Basic Wash but when I returned to my vehicle I was told I had to pay for a Premium Wash, I explained that I had not at any time used the word Premium or asked for that service, I only ever use a Basic Wash. I was was then shouted and abused by the Manager and told I was a liar. The Manager refused to listen to my argument and just kept telling me to pay and go. The abuse continued until I stood my ground and refused to pay. I was told don't ever come back.
When I arrived home I went to my boot and found that it had not been cleaned, nor had the floor in the passenger rear seat area. There were dirty water marks on my passenger window and water stains running down the side of the drivers door.
So glad that I did not pay for the Platinum Wash.
Dreadful Customer Service and even worse is the way that they speak at there customers.

I had a horrible experience here today. And it is not the first. It is very convenient to go here due to location but avoid avoid avoid! We agreed what time to have the car ready and when I turned up at this time as I had to be somewhere, they told me I had to wait another 15min which i could not. They then proceeded to try to make me pay for a half vacuum and then told me next time I would've get the vacuum and when i told them how outrageous that was and I would not be returning they said, good don't come back and said they would essentially blacklist me. I explained they if they were too busy to do my car in the agreed time frame why did they just not say no in the first place! Extremely rude, unprofessional and nasty staff. I heard the same thing play out with another couple as i was leaving. Do yourself a favour, go elsewhere!

I have had my car washed by this team a few times and I think they do a great job every time. The staff have always been helpful as well.

Dont bother going here. We took our V8 to be washed here while getting a few things from the mall. Upon coming out from the shopping centre, one of the staff was revving our car. We could hear it from the exit of the mall, he was absolutely flooring it. We yelled for the guy to get out of the car, and we were absolutely astounded that someone would do that. We shouldn't have payed for the car wash. How do we know that they didn't take our car out for a quick spin? Absolutely disgusting behaviour, we still can't believe it.
