Star Car Wash - Westfield Warringah Level 1

Had my 2 week old car washed this morning. Platinum wash for $89. Inside barely vacuumed with seats still dirty and floors barely wiped. Outside was cleaned to a basic standard but still dirty. Considering it’s a new car, should not have been a difficult task to ensure it was cleaned properly.

I don't understand what are the complaints about. The cleaning is really good and despite how hard is this job, the team is super friendly. So, I super recommend!

I arrived after shopping and the guy said all finished I said what about the bird poo all down the window so he went back and cleaned all that.got home and the car was still pretty dirty with dirt i could get off with my finger but couldn't tell at the shop because of the darkness in car park.definitely wouldn't go there again.

Sorry, I don’t really feel comfortable filling out a feedback form considering I was yelled at by the manager. Totally not appropriate to treat anyone like that.

The worst spent $65 ever. Did not clean it properly, the windscreen was dirtier than before.
I will never use this business again.

1 star is a compliment. They do a terrible job every time. And just tell you it’s not what your package included. Potentially offer you another free wash but that’s just as horrid. Save your money! Avoid at all costs.

I recently had an amazing experience with Star Car Wash's interior detailing service. My dog's unexpected adventure in a creek left my car smelling damp and unpleasant. However, Star Car Wash swiftly tackled the issue, providing excellent communication and exceeding my expectations.

After paying $120 and returning 2 hours later.it appears that I will need give the Ute a clean myself. These guys are a joke! Maybe if they had some lights in the area that they are working, they could see that the vehicles are not clean… Indian crew, no good… Wont be returning.

Always use Star whilst I shop and park at the mall. They always do a really good job always happy with their service

Very bad job after I paid $114, I had to go back there to clean all the black areas in my car and the cleaning overall was terrible.

Damaged vehicle, strongly recommend avoiding this service. Our vehicle was damaged in three separate areas (scratch on internal windows) which were absolutely not there prior to the service, and the owners have accepted no responsibility whatsoever. Take your business elsewhere. I’m
A reasonable person and was committed to working with them towards a solution and outcome and they have completely disregarded the damage they have caused and not accepted responsibility meaning we now have to go via insurance and legal paths.

Treated myself but now just feel like a fool. Booked the ‘platinum’ service and was assured that included a vacuum and internal clean. Absolute garbage. Nothing worse than paying $69 knowing that you’ll have to clean the inside yourself when you get home. Since when is $69 a rush job? ! Their prices do not reflect their service.

Friendly service and a decent clean. A few drip marks left but other than that I was pretty happy.

Payed a 100 bucks for a full on car wash, inside and outside but when we arrived back there was still sand in the car and windows was not clean and the owner had a 100 excuses so we took a cloth in front of him and removed the dirty window. So yeah don’t really know what they did with the car for 1,5 hours:///

I have tried this outfit at Warringah Mall 3 times and three times I have come away dissatisfied. Complete lack of attention to detail and promises that are never delivered!
Today I opted for a Platinum wash and apparently got a polish “thrown in for free” to make up for previous poor experiences and instead I got was seems like an “express” result, which is consistent with my previous POOR experiences.

The last two times I had promises of a better service next time and supposed discounts. They take on the job whether they can deliver the results or not.
Today I specifically mentioned that I needed to be leaving at a certain time and explained previous problems and asked “could they deliver”…. Same results AGAIN the text came 45mins after the allotted time and when I came to collected my car, the hubs of the car were not clean nor many corners or areas of detail. These photos are taken AFTER they had supposedly addressed my concerns. Although granted I was pretty fed up at this stage and didn’t wait around to give them another shot at ACTUALLY fixing properly. Internally lots of areas were neglected to be hoovered which I only discovered after leaving.

Didn’t wash inside petrol cap as “we don’t do that” Didn’t do inside boot lid surround as “too hard to get clean” Dirty water drips down the side of of the door.

Staff complained when these issues were raised with them.

I sometimes drop the car here for a wash & vac when heading into the shops and I am always so happy with the work. The guys are always kind and friendly and my car is guaranteed to be sparkling clean, inside and out, when I return to it. Highly recommend.

I was upsold a car wash from standard to premium + polish for a small SUV at $105. When I got the car back it was still covered in dirt on the outside and number plate, I had to ask them to go over the area. The inside dash, middle compartment and side doors hadn't been wiped at all and the fabric chairs were still covered in sand. I was honestly shocked that the car was returned to me like that. I had to ask them to go over the problem areas in which they hesitated but couldn't deny. They also refused to clean the dash because they said they already had.false. I wiped my finger across the steering wheel and collected dust. The worst experience and would never recommend to anyone.

Unfortunately the interior clean wasn’t great. There was still marks etc in both the Internal door handle wells, the dashboard & etc. The passenger seat wasn’t cleaned properly. They had 2 hrs & had up sold me from my original request of platinum package of around $60 to a $100 clean so I was expecting better
