I recently had my car detailed by Star Car Wash after a long road trip holiday that made a mess of the front, collecting a myriad of bugs and lots of grime and dust. I was so impressed with the result of the two hour clean up (full detail) that I made the comment that it looked better than the day we picked the car up, brand new. The finish was immaculate and streak-free and the carpets had been steamed cleaned but were dry to the touch. The wheels looked like they had just been replaced. The service was friendly and professional and I could not wish for a better result.

Paid for a premium wash. Only took 30mins. When I got home, looked in the boot and it wasn't vacummed. Feel this should be included.

I am really impressed on how good my car was well washed inside and outside.

I called if I could drop off my car at 5: 15 pm for a wash and detailed. I am great full that they waited until I arrived and had my car washed and finished by 6: 15. The job was immaculate. I’m very happy with the service. Thank you.

Third time I’ve taken my car here and haven’t had a problem. Recently took my car in an embarrassingly filthy state and it has come up as good as new of you ask me!

The wash itself was fine but in the process of cleaning my car one of the two men working there have damaged my drivers door handle. Unfortunately they deny it and the owner says they aren’t responsible although my car was perfectly fine before taking it there. Now I can’t open my door as normal. Not happy with their response or accountability for their poor duty of care. Definitely will be telling everyone i know and will never return for them to break anything else on my car. Unfortunately I had to put 1 star to post my review, I wouldn’t have put any star if I could

I usually have no issues getting my car washed here, but today I’m extremely disappointed. It wasn’t until I got in the car and started to drive away that I noticed the horrible interior job done. Rubbish was left down the side of my driver door, cupholders not cleaned, barely vacuumed, floor not cleaned. I payed for a platinum wash and I usually get all this and more when I get the normal star wash so after paying $55 for the service I would expect a better job, clearly lazy workers today. Not impressed and definitely will not be taking my car back here and will be warning everyone I know. I have photos too.

From what I can tell, in 3 hours I think they cleaned the tyres. That's about it, no vacuuming done, exterior windows still dirty, very disappointed

I got my ute washed and polished and when I picked it up, it looked great but now the next day I’m noticing things that weren’t done that I wish I’d seen before I payed $119 like the interior wasn’t properly vacuumed, there’s still dust and all sorts of stuff in where my handbrake is and there’s still mud on my passenger side footwell on the carpet.
The outside looked good until I saw it in proper light when all the water marks came up and all the tire shine had come off my rims and tyres.
Overall a 3/5 for the service

I have been going to this Star car wash now for over 2 years and they have never let me down, they continually go that extra mile to insure the car is returned to me in mint condition

This is about the 6th time I’ve had a platinum car wash at Star wash at Penrith Panthers the service has always been first class would recommend

The guys were lovely. I had a time limit as I had to pick up kids and they were so careful to make sure that the car was ready when I needed it. Appreciate the service.

Dropped my car off at 10: 50am for an 11am booked appointment, after walking by at 11: 30am I noticed that they hadn't even started the service. After asking for a refund I had to wait another 25 minutes for them to find my key because they had lost it. I was also told to contact the head office for a refund, which is only open for calls Monday to Friday. Absolutely useless.
