Star Car Wash

I always take my car to Star Wash Westfields the guys are all friendly and my car looks brand new when I go to collect. It. Interior and exterior perfect. Thanks guys.

Terrible job, they complained that the car was too dirty to be washed for the $50 clean that I paid for. Windows still dirty, outside still dirty, inside barely done. Will not return there, salesperson also very aggressive and dismissive.

Used to be good but no more. Car was still dirty inside and had streaks on it and tires not cleaned. When I called up and spoke to them they didn't care.

My friend drank too much and left vomit in the car. I went to the car wash today. After consulting, I ordered an "internal detail" for a total of $180.
I gave them the car about 12: 30PM, 1: 40pm and received a text message saying that the car was washed. Check after getting the car, there is still a lot of vomit in the car. Even the interal hasnt been detail cleaned.
I hope they will clean up for me. They asked me for an extra $80.
After consulting with them, they insisted that I didn't tell them that they had vomit, it's been covered with wet wipes and an extra charge was required.
The purpose of the car wash today is to clean up the vomit.but the result was really unacceptable.

STAY AWAY! Worst car wash experience ever. They scratched my car in at least 5 places. I took pictures straight away which clearly shows where they had been scrubbing and made all the deep scratches. After ringing head office the boss of this Westfield car wash asked for the photos then said it wasn’t them and they take no responsibility. Also he was very aggressive on the phone saying things like don’t you dare to come to my car wash again or else ect ect. Absolutely appalling, now I have to pay $800 exces on insurance to get a paint job. All emails sent to them have since been ignored. Stay clear of this place

The only star car wash I recommend, polite and careful with how they handle your car and I’ve never hadn’t to complain about my car not being cleaned properly.

One of the worst car wash in Sydney. I have done my car wash twice and both of them was the worst. Please don't do car wash there.

Not even worth one star. $65 for in and out and lower half of the car was not even touched. Dirt streaks everywhere. They attempted cleaning it by spraying wax on it and rubbing it. Drove out the carpark and it was smudged all over the car that I needed to take it to another car wash. Paid $45 came out in showroom condition. Don’t waste your money here

They washed my car many a times and everytime its like the new one, and their service is very fast. Staff is also very helping. It's the best.

Gave this team 2 goes and both times was appalled at the poor job done on a wash and vacuum. It’s hard to see how bad the job is when you’re inside the car parking station were the car wash is located but once outside you realize just how bad it is!

Don’t waste your money! I went there twice because it was convenient but should have just taken on board the other reviews and gone elsewhere.

Worst car wash in sydney, i was told their $57.00 wash would not offer a proper vacume "it will not be vacumed properly" this is what i was told, i was then told if i wanted my car vacumed properly it would cost $200.00. So thanks for nothing star! I will wash my car my self.

Rude to my husband and wouldn’t answer when my husband asked where they had parked our car. Also scratched the car window of our new car. It was obvious they knew about the scratch as there was finger prints all on it as if they were rubbing it.

Ithis store left my car with a horrible smell and refused to help me to neutralise the smell.

Biggest waste of money! The car was still dirty all over after a $35 wash. A little spit and wipe with my finger and the dirt came off. Zero care for giving a good service. They're lucky they're in a good location otherwise they'd get no business. I certainly won't go here again, no matter how convenient. The guys there are just plain rude too. Eftpos was apparently not working on a Sunday, forced to pay cash when it should have gone on the business card.

My car wasn’t washed properly, it was left in a mess black filthy hubcaps and dirty windows inside and out, I paid for the full valet. After complaint they said they would do it again for free, but no refund. Rubbish service.

Extremely poor service. I had to clean the car myself after getting home even though I paid for the Polish service which costs $95. Left the car at the carwash on time according to the booking I had made online, came back after an hour and the car was not even moved yet. The car was ready after 20mins after that, that included interior and exterior cleaning, in addition to the polish service. Needless to say not much was done in that 20 minutes. It's just outrageous.

The guy that i give my car was so impolite and obviously unhappy to do hes job, the car was already pretty clean because 2weeks of life, i think if they spent 5 minutes to clean inside it’s a lot.never more

Zero customer service, borderline rude. I asked for the most basic service but they gave me the premium without asking me. The wash and clean inside itself was the worst I’ve ever had. Better off going to a drive though one at a petrol station. Buyer beware!

First off these guys rip women off. They charged my wife double what I paid for the same service in the same car. Secondly the wash is terrible almost like they smear old dirty cloth over the interior. Only reason they are e in business is the location.
