Don’t go here unless your clean standard as low as theirs. Today I paid $199 for internal clean That includes vacuum, shampoo, sanitizer. You can see the photos just after cleaned: sands still there, a few small items still left. The worst thing is tye cheap cleaning products (the green liquid left in car not cleaned away) they used made the car smell like kinda bleach, nothing like $199 service. I kept caughing in car. They charged the job $199, it is low quality as $50. Don’t go there, they ruin your car, they can’t do clean as their clean standard is low. I need to call the building manager team complain as they need to inspect or supervise business owners in Westfield building do professionally job with appropriate products as they charge

Gave us advise on what was needed, (full detailed cleaning outside and wax and inside) 1 1/2 hour, just the right time to do our shopping upstairs, did the job beautifully, finished on time (ten minutes earlier). Nice smiling guy. 149 AUD, not cheap, but very happy with the result. Found my sunglasses hidden between seats. Will come back

Pretty average. Lots of dirt still left on car. Said we needed a polish in order to wash the car properly. Dirt came of easily by wiping my finger over it.

I brought my car after a long drive from Wagga Wagga, with all the dust and rain dirt AND an array of dead bugs. Also, residual bug and tar spray from previous attempts to eliminate dead bugs (hot tip, don’t spray directly onto your car, and if you do, get it all off asap, otherwise even a polish doesn’t get it off!).

They did a good job of cleaning the inside and outside, but Omar went above and beyond- they saw us talking about the residual bug and tar spray and how to get it off, and Omar went off and found a chemical that got rid of it, and did the whole car AND wiped it down with polish after! At no extra charge despite my offering to pay for the additional work!

I’m very pleased, and my car is proof of a job well done.

The team at bondi junction were excellent Gary, Bundri and the team were professional, efficient and did a great job. They finished when they said they would and we’re really great to deal with.

I got the $109 platinum wash. The outside was done well but the inside was terrible. They only really vacuumed and did a quick wipe. There’s heaps of dirty marks still on the dash board. They also did not clean the edge of the windows. When I went to inspect the car before I paid they really rushed me and it was hard to see in the dark just how much they missed. I am really disappointed because for that price I should’ve had a properly scrubbed interior and my windows done right to the edge.

The guys there are always professional even on ultra busy days. They hand do all the cleaning and it’s convenient as I go about my shop. Get in early as they get busy quickly on sunny days.

Purchased wash and internal vacuuming. The exterior wash was below average, with several areas incl.windscreen and bonnet/bumper having multiple dirt spots completely ignored. Interior vacuum was rushed and still had fragments of tissue left behind.

A total rip off. $69 for a rushed job and a waste of money

I took my car in for a platinum wash and polish and can’t say it was a particularly pleasant experience. Walking up to deliver my keys at drop off I had 3 different people jump to tell me they weren’t accepting any more cars for the day before I could mention that I’d booked in.

Picking up my car, I noticed there was still dirt on the car, one of the windows was spotty and from multiple handles water hadn’t been dried properly meaning that there are huge water streaks visible.

I am giving 2 stars because yes, I suppose my car is clean, but it really wasn’t executed well at all.

1 star for convenience but that’s pretty much it. Paid $109 for polish and interior and exterior wash but bonnet still had marks on it and inside had dirt too.

I went to get my car wash and it’s really disappointed. I paid for $59 package.
- my car mat is still dirty and get wet!
- exterior wash still full of dirty
- window side still got water
It was my first time with you guys and absolutely disappointed.

Well the guy told me I need a wax and polish to remove the dirt off my car. I didn’t opt for the extra charge. After the wash there was still dirt on the car that I could remove with a bit of moisture on my finger. Then when I got the car up to daylight all the streaks on the glass came visible and all the other spots on the car. For $69 I’d go somewhere else.

I had sap or something stuck all over ver one side of the car which was really hard to scrub off. They did it perfectly along with everything else in less time than they’d estimated. Car perfectly clean. Very happy.

Should have read the reviews first.
My car was not cleaned properly and left with scratches all over it. Have to take to a better place now to get it polished/buffed and spend even more money to fix it. Hoping a good polish fixes it. The scratches were pretty bad.
