I booked and paid online, 1 hour before booking they called and cancelled and did not refund me. I had to go through PayPal to get a refund.

Absolutely shocking. Staff lost my key which was then ‘found’ in a vehicle that miraculously turned up 30 mins later when I said I was calling police. Multiple scratches left in my car. Tried to call customer service and they didn’t even bother answering. Avoid at all costs

Not worth the price - bought a platinum package and got charged an extra $10 because I bought a birthday gift voucher. Won't be going back.

Bought a voucher for multiple services last year but they were closed for many months because of lockdown. They wouldn’t let me extend the expiry date from january 2022 so lost money because I didn’t get to use them all. Also, I had to wait 15 minutes in the reception (after they cleaned my car) the few times I got to use the services because they never knew what to do when I showed them my vouchers. Every time they would have to call their boss and it was a huge dilemma. I even tried to give some vouchers to my family because I knew I didn’t have enough time to use them all but they wouldn’t allow that either. They do an ok clean but definitely do not waste your time and money on buying vouchers.

The worst car wash I’ve ever been to! The wheels were not cleaned properly, the carpet was not thoroughly vacuumed and the dash and console were barely touched. Absolute waste of $

Really a great job, staff are very nice and friendly, also very professional, I wouldn’t go anywhere else, I have been going there for about two years or more. Fantastic job on my car every time round, they cleaned my car's wheels so well, very impressed, the inside looked new. Centre console super clean, windows cleaning is awesome.

Try any service here, you will understand why it worth only 1 star within a minute.

This group of staffs is a big liar! If you take a voucher to wash the car, they will be very careless! My friend had been here to the car wash and if the customers didn‘t do polish they will be very lazy with your car! Highly recommend other car wash place, where is located in Rhodes shopping center.
