Star Car Wash

Reasonable wash. Got the platinum $64 deal. Car was washed but not fully cleaned. Interior clean was okay but a few areas not vacuumed completely. Just did the job, nothing fantastic. The only advantage is that it’s located in a shopping centre. Do your paying for the convenience. Would I use them again, maybe not. I had better washes elsewhere.

My car was caked with the corpses of a thousand bugs, having driven here from Brisbane. I just wanted a quick wash but was convinced to upgrade, the team restored my car (inside and out) to the cleanest I’ve ever seen it, including the day I picked it up. All done in 1 hour as promised.

Yesterday i will go there and they washed my car I give them like unexpecting is clean or not but when I come back I not trust my eyes it's like brand new I really Happy with her service. I recommend to everyone go there and take back brand new car.

Had an interesting experience today. Despite the advertising board clearly showing the platinum wash for a 4wd is $72, the service assistant started at $120! I said I just wanted the platinum wash, $72. He then countered with a $90 offer to 'make the car clean'. I said its there on the board, platinum wash $72! He then said, 'ok, $72. ' This was not meant to be a haggle! And then the car still had marks on the windscreen and not vacuumed thoroughly. Suggest to others to go elsewhere as I will in the future.

Disappointing Job seriously. All the time staff was busy on phone calls and they lacked attention to detail. Wasn't vaccumed properly. Panels were not cleaned properly. Windows were never wiped from inside. Sorry, but I won't be returning again. $59 wasted. Thank you for nothing.

Interior and exterior wash clean and polishing inside and out and steam cleaning inside carpet and seats ot was my first time they did it such a wonderful job am so happy wish them luck

The crew did an adequate job washing the vehicle, but they clearly lack attention to detail. My grievances were as follows.

There was no SMS that my car was ready for collection, despite the fact that the website explicitly said that there would be.

When I picked up the vehicle, the spider web and bird dropping were still clearly apparent. However, when I brought the issue to the staff’s attention, they did address it quickly.

The driver's seat carpet was obviously marked with footprints and dust. When I addressed this to the staff, they protested that they merely vacuumed the carpet and did not wash it, and they were irritated when I asked them to wipe the dust off.

It appears that they only washed the car and did not care to inspect if it was fully cleaned afterwards. I rarely use car wash services, so I'm not sure if this is the industry standard, but I think I'll reconsider having my car washed at Top Ryde again.

Worse experience, very rude and arrogant! Even though they website says 6pm close, they refused to wash my car at 4: 45 with no explanation. This is ridiculous. And they now called me to apologize but still giving me excuses and not coming with a solution. Wow what a great customer service!

Went for wash and detail. Detailing wasn’t bad but exterior wash was shocking. Dirty water and sponge marks were left everywhere on my car, marks that should have been easily removed after a sponge wash were not and metal silver strips below car door were also coated in marks. Lower skirtings around car not even washed. Tried to ask about the marks/dirt left on the car but was given a brisk answer of ‘that only comes off with the polish package’ and then he walked off. First and last time I’ll be using this car wash.

Attitude plus. Drive up requested a wash and vacuum. Man told me briskly that it would be $100, which was $25 more than I had paid in the past. Tried to.pysh detailing. Retold him that all I wanted was a wash and vacuum. He then offered $80. Drove off.

I have been going to star car wash for many years and always found the workers professional and respectful.

Great customer service. They listen to you. Good detailing. But I guess all car washes seem to miss very small things.

Took my pretty dirty car for a Platinum wash? And I must say very impressed it’s so clean and shiny they moved everything inside to clean properly and my wheels, can’t remember the last time it’s looked this clean seriously.

And all done whilst shopping & getting a haircut, thanks guys

Not happy with the outcome, they missed few spots, brake dust still present on tyre. Not worth the price you pay for the service.

I always go to Star Car Wash whenever my car needs cleaning and they do an amazing job! My car is always squeaky clean! Plus the staff are really nice and trustworthy. I definitely recommend!
