Star Car Wash

Staff were friendly, service was finished in the time promised. Unfortunately though there was still dust and bits of dirt/sand in cup holders and various parts of the dash. There was also clearly some parts that weren’t even properly wiped down. Will have to clean these parts myself. Disappointed.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend the service. I chose polishing but it was done anyway without any care. I know my car is not new and has some scratches and roof problem but I didn't expect to get the hood of the car with new stains in addition to having to take the car mats all wet because the person forgot to dry and put it in the car again. Anyway, I intend not to return again.

I just washed my car in Maroubra and they gave me the car all scratched and without paint. The car is going to rust like this. I am trying to make a complaint and I am not able to speak with anyone. And they say this is not their fault when I showed a photo of the car before the washing. DON'T GO TO THIS CAR WASHING COMPANY.they damage your car and they don't care.

I paid online for a platinum clean at Pacific Square. I had just gotten off my car when the lady approached me to tell me my car was dirty so I would have to pay extra costs for that. Considering it is a car wash service, that is a very poor excuse to charge additional costs (also my car is only used within the city, and it had been parked on the street for 2 weeks while I was away on holiday - that level of dirt). When they advised my car was ready to go, I checked the interiors before leaving - they hadn't even vacuumed the space between the 2 car seats and I had to wait additional time for them to vacuum properly, but luckily I checked, otherwise I would have left with extra charges and unfinished clean!
Not at all recommended.

Fantastic job, my car was all pitted on the bonnet and roof and they got all of that out. It looks brand new! Highly recommended, I wished I had found you sooner! I will most definately come here again. Thank you

Not really happy with the interior cleaning. They charged an extra 35$ for pet hair, and there was still plenty of it left. The exterior was good

I wouldn’t say that the car wasn’t clean… they just did a good job but they missed few details and I found some areas that were still dirty… not bad service, just regular.

Efficient, thorough and punctual service with friendly staff. Attention to detail and offered further cleaning if not satisfied later on. Would definitely return

Working in construction and having a husky, my car was overdue for a good clean. Fantastic service and speedy. Glad I was able to get it cleaned while getting my shopping done upstairs.

The actual car clean was good, I just had a negative experience with the customer service aspect. I had booked online and as soon as I turned up the lady approached me without even saying hi and straight away started telling me I hadn't paid for the right car type and I need to pay her more. It was quite intense. I then went upstairs to get reception on my phone to access my email confirmation and prove to her I had actually paid for the 4WD clean and I didn't need to upgrade. At the end of the day, my car was clean, but my customer service experience was poor.

I presented with a 20 percent discount voucher and agreed on the $279 less discount detail. When manager attempted to enter voucher code into system it was rejected 3 times following which the manager told me I had to pay full price and stated it wasn't his problem that the code was rejected. I advised that we had a verbal contract to do said work for the discounted sum. If he had advised me prior to commencing that there was a possibility that the contract would not be honored I would have not have agreed to the work's being carried out. I consider the manager's behavior to be unprofessional and in breach of contract law. In addition the work undertaken was poor quality with 2 sections of the vehicle not even being washed let alone polished. I would not use this carwash business again.

My car looked amazing! Better than when I bought it!
The wax and detailing was amazing. Price very reasonable and the lady manager at Maroubra was so polite and helpful.

The are a little hit and miss. Did and okay job. But missed cleaning some little areas, attention to detail aint so good for the money you spend could have been a better rating if the job was 100% done

After a rubbish clean, the customer service follow up was worse than the clean. I do not recommend them at all!

Very ordinary.
Went to get my car cleaned, inside and out.
On pick up, the car was still dirty on the inside - not vacuumed properly and there was still dirt on the outside.
Looks like it was a rushed clean and not really thorough.
I will not get my car cleaned there again.

Apparently they only wash clean cars. As soon as I pulled up from the outside she approached the car and immediately told me it would cost more than the posted price because the car was dirty, then she looked inside and said “oh definitely going to cost more”. There was no hello how are you or anything. I then asked if they only wash clean cars, she became extremely rude so I drove off. There were no other cars being washed at the time and I feel I know why. As I drove off I saw her walking over to explain herself to a man. Anyway, went off to south point, got the best car wash ever for $10 cheaper than the quoted price of this place for their “clean car washes. Anyway cheers for the opportunity to find the best car wash service in the east-south point car wash

The worst service I've received in a carwash ever. They leave it dirty in side and don't care. They are rude and left my car smelling like disgusting sweat. Dirt all over the carpet still and more fingerprints on my windows inside.
I give an extra star because they vacuumed a little bit.
Not worth the hassle.

This place has great potential at maroubra junction shopping centre. You can leave your car and then have it washed and come back with the groceries

The quality of work is average. The exterior is done well, the job looks rushed. Greater attention to detail.
1. The tires still had chalk and a little dirt on the top of them.
2. Interior was quickly done (cleaning product seems very average). Dash, seat and back boot still had dirt in places that would be clean even if quickly done
