Star Car Wash

My 11 year old Kia Rio now looks better than new - really good and thorough clean inside and out and paintwork now has a mirror shine. Carpets and seats free of stains and dirt and dog hair (we have three dogs). Would definitely recommend.

Terrible job done. It was as if my car wasn’t even looked at! Still dust and dirt everywhere and when I complained they offered me $10 off rather then them to clean again properly. This is what my car looked like after it had been “cleaned with the platinum package”.

I usually get the inside and out.this was an emergency wash only due to concrete dust from a building site.this meant in the sun my windows were causing trouble. The staff washed the complete outside for me. I deliver meals on wheels every week day so I must have a safe car to drive. I thank the staff for their fast work and will continue to use this service.

Have had 2 cars done there.
First one was great
But second one was disappointing.

There was a large spot of bird dropping they refused to get off stating it would damage the paint - I got it off myself with no issue.

They also didn’t do the complete job.
I paid to have the interior vacuumed and wiped down. They had only vacuumed.
When I went to pick it up none if the interior had been wiped.
I had to ask them to do it while I stood there waiting - asking again for areas to be done as they wiped a small amount before moving onto the next section.

Really pleased with service and end result. A very professional and diligent team. I planned my morning and went to beach/ shopping while car was thoroughly cleaned. On delivery we inspected work together which i liked. Will go back. Easy to find in carpark.

Told me they couldn’t guarantee that they’ll be able to get my car clean and recommended I go to Fine Shine in Zetland if I wanted a guaranteed clean car.

Unsatisfactory quality of washing and cleaning car. Poor service. Offered re-wash but then don't respond to emails, waiting 2-months for a reply despite multiple follow up attempts.

Car washing was not done properly as the marks I have in the windshield wasn’t removed and it was the whole purpose of why I got the car cleaned in the first place. Bug residue from driving, scraped off by the windshield wipers and moved to the sides.

Not bad. Just had a basic car wash on the outside to remove the spiderwebs and pollens stuck to them. There were a few remaining spiderwebs, but I just came for a basic wash instead of a full cleaning inside and out.

Waste of money, could have done a better job myself. Paid for the extra services on top of platinum so outside looks good but seems like no one had even touched the inside with a vaccum / cloth.

Great detailing and wash. Many centres leave marks, forget areas to wash. Maroubra junction centre did a thorough job. Very happy

Really bad customer service. The lady, who was rude and unwelcoming told me I would be charged extra because the car was too dirty, she said it was need a Polish for 75$. The dirt on the car came off when she wiped her finger over it, all it needed was a standard wash. Much cheaper to go elsewhere, I do not recommend.

Awesome service, friendly, quick and efficient.
It may have cost $69 but so worth it for the result.

Had general car wash inside and out. Excellent service and they did a very good job. Even cleaned muddy car mats. Would definitely return.

Star at Pacific Square Maroubra Junction. Fantastic job. Am so super happy. I felt like I was driving away in a brand new car. Highly recommend.

I've had some average experiences at Star Car Wash elsewhere, but was extremely happy with the service I received at Pacific Fair. The mad was very helpful and did a brilliant job.

My car was dirty. They charged me 35 dollars extra for the cleaning. My car came back with scratches on the front bonnet and a boot which had not been cleaned at all (kids snacks still visible) and when questioned the staff admitted to not cleaning it. Admittedly after I checked the car they then cleaned the boot. I will be calling them about the scratched bonnet

To be honest they did a below average job. What made it worse is I was charged $89 for a platinum polish after leaving the car park I noticed water still on the car didn't look like it was polished at all still dirt in parts. Won't be coming back
