StarCarWash achieved a new WorstWashEver today!
Purchased a basic exterior wash, but areas (like the whole back of the tail gate) missed and surface left cruddy. (They did, at my request, lend me a wash cloth so I could do it myself).
A really disappointing never-going-here-again outcome.

Not a good job. It's only a little cleaner. Many things missed. Poor vacuuming, dirt still present on exterior, dash, in small areas, around base of seats, marks on windows and wheels. Staff seem preoccupied and dismissive.

Awesome services can't wait to go and have the experience again. Awesome guys keep up your hard work.

My Suggestion Just Go And Take/Feel The Experience Of Their Works And Services. It's Better To Feel And Observe Than To Listen And Talk.

I regularly get THREE cars washed every week and this morning I made a booking for a 1-hour turnaround at Midday because I know they’re busiest then. Was told that it would still take 2.5 hours as my car had to wait in line, even though I made a booking!

I won’t be going back to this car wash again

Good people with good services. Time Is Not Always Important In Aspects Of Work. In My Opinion As The Environment Is Busy But Still They'll Make In Time And That's The Great Thing For Me. ️

I would rate the work they did pretty much average. The car was cleaned and polished but little things like marks on the bumper were not attended to - it wasn’t anything exceptional. The frustrating part was that their eftpos machine went down when I dropped of the car and was not able to make payment but then when I returned that afternoon to pick up the car - it was still not working. So then had to go find an atm to withdraw cash. It would have been nice if the staff had rung and told me they had issues with the eftpos - I could have had cash with me instead of having to muck around finding atm’s. It would also help if the staff spoke English as it was difficult to understand what was being said - but then you can’t have everything!

Went here to get my car washed. Had some mud splash from puddles not off road caked on type stuff. Wanted an extra $20 to clean. Are you kidding me? I just used a wet sponge and it came off so easily. What a scam. I am a regular at Star Car Wash user but would not use Mona Vale again or maybe even Star after this experience.

Star Car Wash is always punctual and their cleaning and polishing is first-rate continuously without fail. As long as this keeps going, I will have my car washed at Monavale Star Car Wash every time. Excellent work, guys!

I dropped my car in for internal and external clean. A few minutes after I left the vehicle with them, I got a text quoting $55. This was fine as my husband recently had his large SUV done for $60, and given mine is a small hatch back, the $5 difference was acceptable. However, when I went to collect the car I was charged $60 because it was classified a station wagon. Unfortunately I had already tapped the EFTPOS machine and paid. The "manager" said that it was a mistake - we should have been quoted $60. When I argued with him he got very angry and told me never to return. Unnecessary advice - not honourable business people to deal with at all and it was a very average job. The car wash down near Mona Vale Road is far more trustworthy and does a better job.

Very poor car wash. Had the Platinum wash & sand left in car & console not done at the Mona Vale franchise. Would not recommend.

You’d think for 47 bucks you’d get a washed vacuumed and dried car but alas no, all you get is a wash and vacuum.specifically no dry and no wheel clean. Needless to say your better off going to a drive thru for $10.

I don't know what it is about having a clean car but it feels so good to have my corolla given the royal treatment by the team at Star Car Wash today. My windscreen wipers are so old & brittle that one of them got caught in a cleaner's rag and broke as it was being cleaned. Not only was it was swiftly and perfectly replaced, the Manager covered all of this cost which was over $30. Thank you team MV- you don't get well looked after like this much these days.a very happy customer, will be back for sure:) :)

Always done a great job on my car.one issue a whole back and they relearned without fuss.would recommend.

First time I used them - it was terrible - second time - I went back due to convenience - and even told them “I was not happy with the last clean” and I hoped that they would do a proper job this time - again useless! Would not ever go back!

Now called Star Car Wash. Located in the Coles car park. They do an ok job, but location is very convenient to shops and access to Mona Vale CBD.

Rip off Ray's! I paid $120 for a clean & vac plus polish and what a mess. The carpet still had food and sand. The panels were still dirty. Really unhappy with this and when I questioned the manager, he told me that the vacuum head couldn't fit under the seats and it wasn't a big deal. I could have done a better job at the service station. Don't spend your money here!
