Star Car Wash

Service was awful, paid 59$ for platinum but there still were leaves on the windshield, dirt and spider nets on the door hinges. Asked the cashier nicely to send a staff to clean them. Very rude Indian guy came and wipe them off with displeasure and gave me a really angry look. I will never go to this place, ever.

Paid $60 for absolutely nothing. Has not cleaned the spiderwebs on the side mirror and has left leaves and dust on the windscreen. Very very disappointed

Paid $99 for cleaning with detail vacuuming, but obviously it was not detailed clean at all. They don't deserve what you paid for in terms of interior cleaning.

Would not recommend having your car washed here. Told me it would be an 1.5hr wait and then it took 2.5hr until it was ready then offered a very insincere ‘sorry’. Upon inspection of my car there were clumps of wax still on my car along with dirty spots they had missed. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Had my car washed here yesterday and they did a great job! My car was cleaned well inside and out. Staff were friendly.

Worst car wash I have even been to! My boyfriend and I took our cars to wash together last Saturday and we paid a total of $165 ($65 for mine and $100 for my his car, which was hard to clean, fair enough). Needles to say it looked like the cars haven’t been cleaned at all. Especially Internally, there was still a LOT of dirt; the consoles still have dust and my partner’s car which was the one that we paid the most was still even dirtier than mine!
I will neve go back there again, stay away from this car wash!

Pay attention to reviews before going to this place. I just found too many customers had terrible experience like me.

Paid 415 for a full detailing but I got a normal wash services instead. A basic wash and vacuum would have the same results.

My car was left pretty shiny, smelling nice and vacuumed well. I do wish the team vacuumed a bit more throughly (in between the front seats). Didn’t get a message to say my car was ready so I had to go back after an hour and 15 min to assume it was ready. Additionally, I did have some scuffed marks on the roof that I was hoping the polish service would fix however I wasn’t too satisfied with it. Not sure if I would go back to the Macquarie location again.

Same as other reviews. Brought in my car and was told standard wash wasn’t enough and needed to get the polish package to remove the tougher dirt (?). Paid for it anyway only to have the hood of my car absolutely scratched. Complained to them and showed them only for them to say that the scratch has been there before they even washed it. Would think that i’d notice massive scratches on my car that I drive everyday but apparently according to them, I’m wrong. Completely arrogant and rude operator as well.

Paid $59 for their Platinum service. Was surprised that the car was ready in 20min. But understand why it was so quick. The rims weren't even clean. Boot was still wet. Informed the cashier, and he offered me a wet rag? ! Will not return nor recommend anyone to this outlet.

My car's interior panel got scratch by them, tried to call the head office, and they let the manager call me back, and the manager said they won't damage anything, then i realise i am doing wrong thing, of cause no one will be admitted they were damage or scratched your car.

$57 later my seats were not vacuumed and windows not wiped. Other places charge less and actually do a proper clean. Don’t bother with them!

Asked for an extra $45 because the car is “hard to clean” and after service the car is still not clean especially internally.

To the star wash operator:
Not sure if you guys understand integrity = repeat business. If you don’t like washing cars then don’t be in the business.

Customers bring their car in dirty because they are paying you to clean it, don’t say to the customer that the car is too hard to clean.
I would not be bringing a clean car to get it cleaned.

I had a platinum wash which said premium exterior and interior clean. The door was not cleaned, boot was not vaccumed at all. Dashboard was just basic clean. Floor was not vaccumed properly, dirt was on mat and when I lifted carpet there was dirt as well, when I told the guy he said platinum is just like this you need to pay $199 if you need perfect clean. Once I got out from this dark underground hole I saw dirt and stains outside everywhere.

Hi! I get my car services here on a regular basis. They have excellent service and super friendly. They have polished my car and do interior leather and car regular cleaning. I would recommend them. The price you pay is worth the service

I recently use this car wash and I am more than satisfied with the service provided by the owner. It has been a great experience, my car looks pretty inside out and I will use this service again.

Stay away. Pathetic service. Waste of $250. Car came back with dent and scratches after taking it back as I was not happy with the job done in the first instance. Would give a negative Star - If I had the option. Found a thong left behind in my car. ’

I had my car Star Polish and not satisfied. I could see dirt and marks inside. The polish quality was very low and the surface was rough. Not worth the money spent

Great service. Staff went out their way to help me put my groceries away. Very accomodating.
