I recommend this hotel if you're transiting like I was between the domestic and International Airport

My money was stolen from my room and the manager said that he will check who entered the room.then he called me and said that he contacted the staff who entered the roo. They said that they took nothing and That he can’t do anything. And my flight is early morning.be careful it’s nothing of a 5 star hotel

Stated here for a night for transit. The location is great (only 5mins from domestic airport) but interior decor is crying for a change. And not sure for the price you are paying, you dont really get good value in return.

I'm on the 12th floor where the veiw of Sydney CBD is excellent.
The superior king room is very clean except for the forien object on the bed.
Other than that it's nice here.
Parking over night under this building is $30 for 24hours.or you can fly, train, bus and taxi if you prefer.

Friendly staff. Room was good and comfortable. 24/7 menu was limited as is with most places. A short walk from the airport. Conference rooms were also nice.

15mins walk to the domestic airport. Location contains coffee shop and an Argentinian restaurant. Room is spacious and toiletries available.

Ok rooms clean and tidy would have been nice if they had hot chocolate and biscuit available as well in your rooms

If I could rate 0 stars I would, now that I have returned home to Canada I can finally post this My wife booked this place after seeing photos of it online (which was not what I got) as we had an early flight the next day and it was the worst place I have ever stayed at INTERNATIONALLY do yourself a favour and invest in better cleaning products, higher quality cuts of meat in your restaurant as my pork had lots of fat on it.

Staff were excellent, room very comfortable. A high quality hotel. Very convenient to Sydney airport

Was there for a conference. Friendly staff, great barista coffee and catering. Easy parking and not crowded, and reception staff are very helpful.

Very convenient to the Sydney International and Domestic airports for those flying in and flying out of Sydney, or if you need to rest between connecting flights.

Pretty great “airport” hotel (though it is almost a 15 minute walk outdoors to reach the airport. Large clean room with all the necessary amenities and a swimming pool as well! Great view of the airport and the landing strip if you are lucky. The breakfast was average but I never expect much at hotels. The shuttle fee was a ripoff though - which we needed to take because of rain. They wanted to charge us $7 PER person (for a hotel 1km away from the airport). This equated to $28 for a family of four. Taxi ride was only $8. The most annoying thing is that the concierge did not give good advice for us to take the taxi instead (which I was vocal about). I consider this a scam. A concierge’s job is to provide good local advice.

The good thing about this airport hotel is the variation of food, they have Argentinian grill restaurant/bar and Asian Indonesian kitchen. Room service menue is rich too

Very accommodating to our last minute booking. Room was clean and comfortable and completely silent considering how close to the airport.

Great quiet airport accom. Service is 5 star. Decor is old and elegant but very well kept and clean. Would stay again if need be.

Good and close to the airport. Clean basic rooms. Very good customer service. Good restaurant downstairs with very good coffee.

The hotel was great
They put us on a better deal when we checked in, which was great. The restaurant does let the hotel down due to what looked like a lack of staff

The restaurant lunch express menu was rather not close to express. We waited 45 mins for our food and we ended up being late for out workshop. There was no apology are any type of empathy towards us. It seemed rather unusual for a lunch hour express menu and have such minimal ground staff running about.

Super hospitality great food & a lively entertaining bar venue. Rooms awesome & aiport shuttle service very convenient.
