St Trinity Property Group

My experience with St Trinity was smooth as. I love my new apartment, they answered every question I had during the process and provided amazing support. Special thanks to Wilson, who was my point of contact.

Very upset and disappointed with this agency.
DO NOT TRUST anything they say please.

They will be very friendly, promise you many things and say they can do it for you
but you may find out like me that it is not true.

Then they will say things like,
"sorry that you needed to pay extra"
"Oh that. That isn't done and can't be done anymore as you exchanged the contract too late" (what?) The whole process for exchanging contract is so that we get the negotiation done THEN PAY and exchange.
"sorry I thought it would be but it is not. Go to your lawyer and check contract. Not part of my business"

Kogarah Central level 1 offers a huge outdoor space with grass and planter area but didn't make any tap to be able to take care of the garden
= shows developer's poor construction plan.

Our agent name is Ariel and she will do NOTHING for you. She will not even try and keep telling you that the developer/manager will not accept it or "I don't think it will work".

Seeing our frustration the manager helped us in the beginning with negotiating price as Ariel could not do the job.

We are so terribly upset with our experience and process in buying our 1st home.

I was looked after by Ana Radice from St Trinity group whilst purchasing a unit in Wolli Creek. Ana kindly opened up the office on a day when she was not working just to show me the property options. She listened to my needs and showed me various units that would suit.no pressure.
I loved her non evasive, happy "can do anything for you" manner. She quickly worked with the Vendors to get my requirements met, and even came in on another day whilst off work to show me the display room and answer my further queries.
