Signing a contract to purchase my first home already seemed difficult, but it was made even harder when I tried to beat a grant deadline that was only days away.
I dealt with James C who went above and beyond to get me a great apartment and make sure that I had all the information and resources I needed to get it everything sorted on time.

Chantal has been a great help for me in buying my first home. She has been very active in helping me overcome a number of unexpected hurdles. She is reliable and personable and I would be happy to recommend her to my family and friends.

(Note that this review covers only the sales experience, as settlement has yet to occur. Assuming I remember, I will update it once this has occurred.)

First off-the-plan purchase and first home, so I was coming into the process with lots of stress and monsoon of questions. Chantal (then Project Sales Executive, now Contracts Manager) promptly answered all my questions, and those that required input from another stakeholder (e.g. Builder) always went to the right people. This was instrumental in making me confident enough to proceed with the purchase.

There were some issues during contract exchange, relating to some miscommunication between third parties. With Chantal's help, the cause of the issues were quickly understood and resolved.

Highly recommended.

I met Emmanuel on my search to purchase my first apartment. From the start he was very helpful and patient to show me a lot of property options. After looking at various options, coincidently, the best option for me was a development he was also assigned too. He was very helpful with my enquiries and felt like he went above and beyond and sometimes even after hours. I appriceciate all the help he was able to provide between holding deposit and exchange. I had a very good experience dealing with Laura. She has a lot of initiative but not to the point of hard-selling which is important for me. She has patiently answered all my questions and would not be afraid to consult when she is not sure. She was also the one who helped me arrange for finance by introducing me to a broker.

Despite all the advise given to us about never buy off the plan apartments, we chose to go ahead with it, after meeting Renee at Kogarah Central and having her explain the process to us clearly and every step involved and what the builders offer and what we get for our money, we decided to go purchase our first home!

Renee is very patient she is great at what she does and is honestly a people person, she is true to her word and has always been very efficient with her replies to our questions. We have come across many people who have had bad experiences buying their first property but thanks to Renee we arent in that group.

We were dealing with Wilson V.and he has been really helpful and patient for any (and all) questions we have. He is patient and resolved our queries from negotiation to helping until contract exchange. Understanding we are new home buyers, he kept his communication lines open, even able to accommodate our walk-through outside his usual working hours, and kept himself available even on a short-notice meeting. We were really anxious in the beginning considering we never purchased a property before but dealing with Wilson has given us a good first-time home-buying experience.

St Trinity - Good quality developers, the attention to detail at Wolli Creek is second to none, excellent communication for sales and leasing.

I manage 12+ apartments in this complex and everything has been perfect, occasionally in new developments you would expect to find a minor fault or a tiny scratch, the only repair I have had was a loose power point and it was fixed within 3 days.

Quite disappointed with their service.
Friendly and engaging at the beginning when they're trying to sell properties to you but once they get your money, they won't care about your concerns anymore. They become less responsive, not explain things clearly esp when buying a property for the first time requires more explanations and clarifications to avoid any confusion. They mislead us in telling us they will provide XXX to us but later on didnt keep their promise even that was stated on the contract.when trying to argue our case, the sales representive didn't even bother to clarify things with us or apologise for any miscommunication or confusion caused.after many attempts of trying to understand why we were not being provided things as per contract, only then that the sales director came to explain things clearly. Yet nothing was done to rectify the situation.in summary, they cant be trusted. Wouldn't recommend!
