52St Frock were amazing in terms of customer service, always responsive and assisted me through the refund processes seamlessly. I would recommend them to anyone given the exceptional service they provide.
Best advice: know your measurements and check against each item of clothing listed as their sizes vary and they don’t do returns or exchanges on clearance items.
I made one order of 6 items. 3 were two big, 2 were faulty and 1 was amazing. 3 of the items happened to be clearance which I didn’t realise, so couldn’t return them. I returned the 2 faulty and 1 item that was too big. The return process for them was incredibly easy. I waited and got store credit and then ordered more items a week later. These I checked off against their measurements listed and ended up being a mix of sizes. All 4 items arrived very quickly and were amazing. Looked great and fit nicely.
I was originally not very happy and was not optimistic about my second order, but after it arrived, I was very pleased and will probably order from them again in future. The worst part was waiting for the store credit.
Moral of the story be very selective about clearance items, check your measurements against each items listed measurements and know their returns policy.
I purchased This dress for a wedding. It is such a lovely dress, sits well and hides all lumps and bumps. I received lots of compliments too! Thanks St Frock!

I ordered 3 jumpers from St Frock, 1 arrived in the wrong colour, I felt like the next day I was nagging them to find a solution fast as I wanted the jumper I paid for, before it did sell out, I wasn’t able to get a replacement sent until I sent back the wrong one, even though all of this was St Frock’s fault not mine, I then find out that they no longer have the jumper I originally paid for in stock and I would be given a credit plus $10 or a refund, I was disappointed as I had specifically ordered that jumper, and because of all the muck around of me sending photos etc to prove it was wrong they sold out, In the meantime 1 of the other jumpers I purchased was too big, so I wanted to exchange for smaller size, they don’t exchange so I have to send back for credit and buy it again only problem is is that the sale ended yesterday and I have to pay $22 more for the same jumper in a smaller size, stay away from this business, they were hardly apologetic for their stuff up and to give me a $10 credit means I need to spend more money to use it as nothing in their site is $10. I’m so sorry I shopped there.
Sadly I never got to experience st frocks clothing. They use Australia post for delivery. My package was delivered but because the delivery information took 7 hours to update the package was stolen before I could get a neighbour to secure it for me. Apparently despite living in a city and having no network issues ever, the lag was a ‘network’ error.
St Frock are simply amazing. With stunning dresses that consider the average woman. Their designs are comfortable, affordable, classy, well made and make me feel beautiful. No matter the occasion, St Frock is my 'go to'.

I have purchased several items from here over the past 7 years. The quality is good and prices are reasonable. I do find with the dresses I have to size down though. But I've always been happy with the purchases and fast postage. However, the customer service is terrible. I recently had to return two items of the same dress which they said they will store credit me. I am still awaiting a refund, it's been a week and their online returns policy states will refund within 5 days. Also been emailing them to ask for a refund for one purchase instead of a refund as per online policy but still no reply.
I have never received such poor customer service from an online retailer. Cleo has been extremely unpleasant to deal with, she didn’t help me resolve my issue at all. She’s been blunt and there’s hasn’t been a hint of friendliness at all. She was not willing to help at all. Extremely disappointed.
Really disappointed with the quality of the items. I bought about 7 or 8 items and was not impressed at all so returned 4 and was annoyed to find I was credited. Their defence I should of checked the refund policy. I did but I just read the first dot point which said you could return in 60 days. Now I'm stuck with a $250 credit and nothing to buy!
