I have purchased quite a few dresses, pants and skirts for myself and 2 Daughter-In-Laws. We have been very happy with our purchases and a bonus is, there always seems to be some good specials.

There response to any queries is done within 24 hours and I have found them to be very accommodating.

I was provided a store credit a year ago & wasn’t sure of the expiry date. I emailed the business & was advised my store credit had expired. Thankfully the business reinstated my store credit! Thankfully the communication was timely and professional

Unfortunate shopping experiences, bought from this place a couple times, first time got a size too big and unable to receive a refund- only store credit offers. 2nd time I ordered a size down and much better, fit well but not the nicest quality fabric when considering the price paid. 3rd time ordered 2 dresses and a few shirts, all in the same size, one dress won’t even go over my head, the other fits well aside from the cheap fabric and stitching coming undone already after one wear for a few hrs to dinner, Al the shirts fit but all differently, 1 comfortably, 1 over sized and the others quite small - a shame for the inconsistencies in sizes and the poor fabric and stitching quality. Otherwise some really lovely designs and fabric patterns and colours are beautiful!

It’s always an excellent experience shopping with St Frock. Fabulous clothes that are reasonably priced topped with infallible customer service. Their speedy service and quick and effortless processing of returns/ refunds means you can purchase with confidence.

I bought the Kaitlyn Midi Dress for my baby shower and it was absolutely gorgeous and super comfortable! The customer service was amazing, with the brand even reaching out over social media to thank me for my purchase and provide a discount code for my next purchase. Would highly recommend this brand!

Poor quality clothes. I purchased two skirts that turned out to have faulty zippers. They puckered and bubbled when done up rather than sitting flat against my side as a zipper should on a thin floaty skirt. Both were completely unwearable. St Frock have decided these products are not faulty, and refuse to give me a refund, which is appalling. They will respond to this review with their stock standard response of “our return policy is clearly listed on our website”, which is a total cop out. Most online fashion stores have a fair return policy - why does St Frock make it so hard? I don’t want a store credit only to receive more poor quality clothing, so I’ll be making a complaint to the ACCC instead. And I’ll be sticking to The Iconic or ASOS in the future - at least I know they make returns super easy.

EDIT: Despite St Frock claiming there were no faults with the garments, I can categorically state that there WERE. This company is dodgy and their clothing is of terrible quality. Do not shop here.

I have been buying from St Frock for around 4 years. I find the sizing very accurate, the range amazing and the quality is excellent. Items are posted immediately and I love the regular sales!
I live in a small country town and in my days off, I wear my lovely outfits and always receive compliments.
St Frock is excellent value for money and I will definitely keep buying from them.

Your clothing, the style allowing for coverage of, or clever accomodation of the spots menopause changes most, has allowed me to feel I haven’t totally lost me, since I can wear your styles happily in my now larger size. Unlawful practice - definitely a scam.

Be very sure of your purchases as only store credit is used, NO REFUNDS! They want to be very sure they keep your money, regardless of whether you are happy or not.

Purchased a dress that wasn’t quite right, but the returns process was so easy. Received my credit as soon as the item was returned. Very happy with the quick process. Will shop again.

If I could give a zero I would. Poor quality dresses and terrible customer service that try to prolong the return process so you run out of time

I am a first time customer of St Frock and was a bit nervous about ordering the dress, however, after a hiccup with delivery (which was handled very kindly and efficiently) my dress arrived. It was as described, lovely fabric, perfect fit (I am a 14) beautiful colour but I am still undecided if the colour suits me, so I am playing around with accessories. The customer service was excellent, I can recommend this company.

I decided to shop with this online store based on the positive reviews. However, I am actually disappointed because I received another customer's items in my parcel and my dress is yet to arrive. I have returned the items I wrongly received, and a week later I haven't had any response to emails, phone messages or through chat in regards to my order. I am hoping this negative review will grab someone's attention and have my problem resolved.
