My wife and i had our doubts of the dream of owning our own home could be a reality in Sydney. After a consultation with Bob we walked away excited of the possibility becoming a reality in the near future.
With only 5% we were able to sign a home and land contract early in a developmental area for $660k and we are so grateful we jumped on the opportunity when we did as now our land is getting ready to be settled 1 year later and equivilent properties are selling between $750-850K.
Jumping on this investment early gave us more time to save to be able to borrow less from the banks and the increase in value puts us in a great position for the future.

Square Yards where do I start, firstly I want to say this organization from the sales team to the finance team have been absolutely fantastic in every aspect, I couldn't have chosen a better company to build my future with.
I would like to mention Janet from the finance team who was a Gem through out the process, she pulled so many strings and did everything possible to get my loan approved.as she knows it was stressful for me but she was positive all the way.

Also would like to thank Bob, who was extremely helpful throughout the whole process.from day one till now he made sure everything was going to plan and the advice and knowledge he was giving was more like a family member instead of a sales person.which I really appreciated and respected.

I would recommend not to deal with Square Yards and do not trust on any commitment they make. They will make any claim to close the deal. I was promised in written, some modification to be paid by Square Yards after I got possession, this seems just to “make process smoother” as per them. However after submitting the request for reimbursement, it is almost 10 months and I haven’t got full settlement. This is a way longer time to release a payment by any company even in the worst performing country.

Avoid this company as square yards offered Ponzi products to us in Sydney and we lost our entire investments. No due diligence before offering these sort of product to Australians and only concerned their exorbitant commissions.
