Meeting we had was a waste of time. The person who we met with kept trying to push investment properties on us and then kept giving us options above our budget. Our budget was discussed on the phone prior to the meeting and yet he had no properties in that budget to show us in the meeting. Why waste our time and yours if you don't have properties in that budget? Was also promised contact and things sent to us after the meeting but it's been over a week and we have had no contact from them.

A complete one window solution. The team of square yards guided us to build our investment property from initial planning to acquiring the properties. The team were constantly available to resolve or guide us through the process and we will definatelty will look to them to continue build our portfolio.

In the search for my 1st property in Australia, I met Vaibhav (John) at Square Yards. He was very friendly and gave us a very good insight into the property market. He clearly understood our requirements and current financial situation and suggested we go for an Investment property. He was always available even if I called him on weekends. He is very knowledgeable and professional. My property is in the build stage but he is well involved in letting me know all the details and checks for any issue I am facing. I was promised $3000 cashback at settlement but it has been more than 6 months since the settlement. It is not professional and bordering on cheating. I would have gone via some other broker who was offering me $5000 discount on the same property. I lost $5000 just for believing these guys.

Update: Did not expect this from a company. I guess, I am not going to get the promised cash back. My advise is, never go with these guys unless you want to lose money.

The Worst experience dealing with Square Yards. Hugely Over committed and Miscommunicated so many things just to book the deal.
Dumped me with a builder ‘Tribeca’ who seems quite questionable. Kept my deposit since April-21 and committed to start building the property in Aug-21. But after an year no chance of land registration even in June-22. In the meanwhile the builder has Increased the building price by 15% 43k approx.just gave me a notice of 7 days to accept the price increase else they’ll execute contract breach clause.
I can Clearly foresee that, builder first delayed their timelines and now increase the price, to push me in breach of contract so they could sell the same property in much higher price.
While contacting the Square Yard they have put their hands up and showing them as helpless and can’t facilitate me to resolve this issue despite of their 100s of commitments at the time of booking.

Square Yard has told me to communicate directly to builder by myself, where builder is not replying on my emails.

These delays never communicated to me by Square Yard or the builder, except few times when I chased the Square Yard myself. Really, disappointed and scared as all my life saving is at stake and I can’t see any cooperation coming from them.
