Bought the most shonky curtain rods that just don't work. Not one but three! This is your kmart of home furnishings. Cheap and from china. Next time will go to a proper curtain shop. Spotlight have wasted my time and my money.

Very good place, I signed up as a VIP member over the phone. Called in to buy some items. And as a VIP member I saved quite a bit of money. Most of all the lady who served me was very helpful and friendly. That's what I like when you go shopping, friendly staff.

Large well organized store. If only there was another in Canberra. Always worth a trip, but I'd buy more if it wasn't a pack lunch trip

I love going to spotlight stores especially when theres a sale on. I do find it hard to navigate around the shops i guess its because they have stock up to the ceiling in some departments. When you find staff they are always friendly. I think they need more staff in the materials section as there's always a wait.

Love this store! Amazing and good quality fabrics are available here. A new Spotlight Store is popping up in Gungahlin which is great. Overall a great and worthy experience at Spotlight every time!

Love this shop and the shop assistants. But could do without the 'I'm too good to be here' attitude of the boys at the front counter.
Rude and obnoxious everytime

As a fabric addict for decades, Spotlight is my go-to place when I need a fix. I always find what I'm looking for, plus a heap of other 'must haves' (usually on special, which makes it even better) and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, especially Lizzie at the Queanbeyan store.

Great value and knowledge staff. Bought household curtains, blinds, bedding and decor. A month later I’m still very happy with the quality of the products.

Great discounts for VIP members. I wasn't intending to apply for a membership but I was sold of the benefits. I just wish checkout staff were more attentive.

I usually love spotlight and I miss having one in my town so I was excited to be visiting Canberra so I could make the most of my visit and go to spotlight. Very disappointed. A lot of the products didnt have price tags on them or the shelf and when I went to a price check point, it wasnt working. I asked a member of staff for the prices and why they weren't on the shelf and the answer was "the products dont come with price tags"? The young girl at the checkout shouldn't be there.not a smile in sight and really couldnt be bothered. Such a disappointing experience

Under staffed on a Saturday the line to pay was 15 people deep with only 3 serving. Top idea might be to have a dedicated information desk where you can ask where things are rather than spend hours walking around.

A surprise to see new racking! Much more user friendly. Very helpful staff especially Daniel - happy to cut funny amounts of the beautiful Jocelyn Proust fabrics I was after.

I really like this store. The staff are helpful and friendly, happy to be there. They always have bargains to discover and after each visit I head home delighted with my finds.

It's Spotlight! So many amazing bargains to be had. The staff are friendly and there's heaps of parking.

During checkout at your Queanbeyan store, we were served by Ranji, a delightful agent at the checkout counter. It was heartwarming to see her doing her best to make our shopping experience enjoyable. She proactively encouraged us to apply for membership and explained the benefits. Quite honestly, we were not thinking of membership Queanbeyan is a bit out of our way. But watching her sincere effort simply warmed our hearts and we obliged. Without her knowledge she did two things for us, 1) her service truly seems to come from her heart and so it was great customer service and 2) Spotlight seems to be a great store to shop at and so even if its slightly out of the way, we will definitely shop there. Thank you for the experience.
