Spotlight Queanbeyan

Very Very poor customer service, Not the first time either. I said hello she said nothing, packed my things no thankyou, no nothing The other piece just says next.no nothing I will never shop at spotlight queanbeyan again, Smarten employees up.

A great store. Excellent, friendly, and helpful staff, plus genuine bargains during their sales.

Spotlight in Qbn has a LOT of stuff! I doubt you'd go there for something and not be able to get it. However, the downside to this is that the store is extremely cramped. Just a heads up if you don't do well in crowded/cramped places. I found it to be a very stressful shopping experience because of this. Still, they had what I needed, and I paid less than I was expecting to!

The young man at the fabric counter was efficient, knowledgeable and polite. He knows how to cut a bolt of fabric! It's not always the case that you get such good service at Spotlight! However, I'm grateful that there's one in Queanbeyan since there isn't one in Canberra.

Gryffen’s service is outstanding. Very helpful, patient and thorough to double check the correct scanning of many items. He’s also very pleasant and ensured I was satisfied with my choices of items. He’s incredibly competent and efficient in the quality and speed of his service. Gryffen exemplifies and is a great asset to Spotlight’s highly regarded reputation.

Went shopping for curtains and then found other items we needed as well. Very helpful staff.

Last Saturday morning I had an amazing sales girls in the material section, your friendliness and knowledge made my choices easier and I was in and out in 20 minutes with everything i needed

This store is actual quite pricey. It also has a very, read extremely, limited range compared with say Albury store which was amazing. I wouldn't make a habit of coming back here and would rather shop around online.

Whilst the stock range at this Spotlight is quite extensive, the shopping experience was diminished by surly and disinterested staff, particularly at the checkouts.
Price controls should never be paralleled with poor frontline staff.

Staff were nice, spent too much money, lots of options for fabric. Would appreciate the "buy over 3m" deal on markdown fabrics and disappointed this isn't consistently available.

Not the best experience this time. The sale signs were quite confusing and what should have been a quick in-and-out shop ended up in three trips to the checkout (where I was told different things each time) and the whole ordeal took close to an hour. I will go back because the range is amazing, but I may look at other places first in future.

Friendly and professional staff with a good range of products although I think space is a bit more limited than normal.

Maybe in store is ok but definitely AVOID online shopping as they take your money, don't deliver the items and then refuse to refund your money! Super DODGY and will be reported to the authorities

Compared to some other spotlights this location had plentiful stock of the products it did have. Although some items were out of stock, mostly due to the sales that were on. The sales are good but you need to be in early! Customer service at the register was polite and fast, yet it was hard pressed to find assistance in some areas of the store as staff mingled together. Overall I think the vibe in the area was pleasant and the building upkeep has been upheld.

Alistair showed me how to thread my machine properly and gave me some excellent advice on what materials and threads to use and how to use my machine. He was so helpful and kind I would highly recommend his expertise.

If I could give no stars, I would. I paid for made to measure blinds back in January, and in what can only be described as an episode of The Benny Hill Show, I am still yet to have my blinds properly installed and be refunded for the blind that they incorrectly measured, twice.
Every single step of the way I have had to call the customer care line to find out what is happening.
0% customer service.
If you’re looking for blinds, go with an actual reputable company, not Spotlight.

Gets very busy and can be a bit disorganised and messy some times but otherwise it's a pretty good spotlight
