I don't hate it, I am not a sewing person but have found it an excellent supplier of craft goods for the children. Staff really helpful.

Very helpful girl in party department. After a dog shredded the wrapping on my granddaughters birthday present while i was driving to give them to her. Helpful girl rewrapped presents, made them look beautiful. Granddaughter very impressed. Saved my day.

Very short or under staffed. An extremely long wait in the line up to purchase our products. That added to asking a staff member when we finally found 1 where something was with her pointing and saying "it's over there keep looking you'll find it". Not very satisfactory customer service. So we went next door and purchased the item we were unable to find.

Hugh store with all your curtains, blinds, sowing and fabric requirements - this store has everything.

Has great linen, fabrics, homeware, craft items all under one roof. Friendly staff, could spend hours in the store. Good prices too.

A lot of cake decorating things as well as bedding we like to buy from there. They are very good when you need to exchange something as long as you have your receipt.

Found the staff rude, when I finally actually got service/advice.store seems in complete disarray/unorganized compared to other stores I have been to and a few times I have been there they haven’t had what I need in stock.

I could spend all day and all my wage here and leave happy! So much things to buy from arts and crafts, party supplies and things for the home

12 people lined up for 5 mins at lunch time and one girl in register. Called for assistance but slow to respond. 2 available registers but only 1 girl came. Bought 4 candles for $1.50 ea.bargain.thanks

Like spotlight always shopping there the service is fast and smiley faces the prices are also very competitive

Friendly staff and a clean well stocked store on the edge of town. Large car park out front shared with a number of other well known brand's. We were looking for towels and they had a range of 4 different brands to choose from of varying quality, as it turns out it were on sale.

Love this store and staff, finding what you need is much easier. We wondered why it moved from central Nowra but the Sth Nowra store is All level with parking at the door. Getting a parking space is a lot easier.

Big selection, with a good layout. Too bad this is the only one around for quite some distance (we live in Shellharbour) but it is worth the commute, because my wife can now treat it like a pilgrimage to her crafting Mecca. Lol. Nice staff and great sales

Lady in the fabric area knew her products and advised me in the right direction of what I wanted to know about.

Always a messy store as are most of the spotlight stores don't know why whether not enough staff or just manager's don't care would make it easier to find products if nice and tidy.

Love Spotlight Nowra, there is so much variety and the prices are very reasonable. I always walk away with a great bargain and the staff are always friendly.
