Spotlight Nowra

I really like Spotlight but yesterday 19 people in the line with one poor person serving. I left what I was buying after 10 minutes in the line and not moving. I felt for the lone woman serving.

Great store and some helpful staff members. Their phone manner is alot to be desired. Make a call. Put on hold. Wait. Wait then they hang up on you! Not great customer service!

Some areas of store not great for wheelchair accessibility.
Product range and price is great

Stock available is incredible.
Spacious and interesting.
Checkout service good.

Huge range of materials for homecrafts, arts and crafts, parties. Plenty of opportunity to find a bargain here. Staff are helpful.

Huge variety of products. Store well laid out and bargains to be had.quick service and friendly staff.

So enjoyed our visit. Assistant attentive but gave us lots of space and time to make our selection. Well laid out and easy access. Great prices: we saved a lot by purchasing there. Thanks Spotlight.

I visited Nowra spotlight for the first time today. I am Very impressed with this store. It is clean and tidy, everything is clearly labeled and priced. Staff are professional and friendly. I especially like how the fabric is displayed. The staff cutting the fabric was professional and helpful. Easy parking. I will be back

Hey Spotlight.can you please put a little bit of care into your customer toilet.this was at 9am yesterday so not really any excuse for it to be this disgusting! (See photo) That was just the toilet area.the rest of the bathroom was just as disgusting.

Also.why is literally every staff member you have rude and act like customers are such an inconvenience.

Great service and tive variety of supplies for arts and crafts the click and collect is great too

Plenty of helpful staff, and the bargains were everywhere.even more if you have a Spotlight members card.

Lots of parking and large store but double check the prices after picking up items from the sales bins we were charged normal price

Please note customers do not need to show vacination certificate. On service NSW there is a proof of vaccination green tick for Only those of us that are double vaxxed. I should not need to show complete certificate. This green tick is there to assist both customers and staff a speedy entry. Please use.

Great if you are a grandmother wanting to make the grandkids clothes out of material with patterns that are out of date by 20 years

Staff were Very helpful, even finding me some packaging for me to post the articles I'd purchased.
Always well stocked and lots of staff.

They sent money off vouchers via email and would not let me use them in store, so be careful, we will not be back there in the near future

My partner (Female) likes to stroll through Spotlight for sewing an knitting stuff it's a bit like when I go in to Bunnings big toy shop for (Guys) regards Mark

The staff at Bunnings are just so accommodating, nothing is a problem.

I was disappointed though that the outdoor cane furniture is more expensive than Berry.

I came for some loom bands and they only had bright orange but the kind staff members informed me when they got their new stock and were very kind

Staff were lovely but busy. A bit of a wait for help, but when it happened, the staff knew what I needed and where it was
