Quick, affordable and easy to work with - was offered a good rate, the boys were on time and took good care of items. I estimated the job would take less time though understandably moving in/out of units can be tricky to load into lifts etc.overall a good job and won’t hesitate do use again I’m future!

Best removalists. Had to move 2 bedrooms from Villawood to Chester Hill. Price was very good and Oliver and his mate made the move as pleasant as possible. Nothing was damaged and the move was quick for 2 bedrooms. I spend the time drinking coffee and smoking while Oliver and his mate finished the job. Thanks for the hassle-free experience!

The Guys (movers) are nice, at first all is okay. They arrived on time. Loading was good, but the only down side is when we are heading to the new place.the Movers went to another suburb.instead of heading to the right address (Olympic Park) they end up in The Ponds. We left the old bldg at 3: 45pm and since they went to the wrong address they arrived to the correct one at 5: 15pm. I did called Veronica and informed her about this straight away, as we have all of the time recorded. When I made my booking, our instruction was as clear as the crystal. I have all the communications in black and white. I communicated this to veronica which she pass it to the Supervisor Oliver. Now, dont get me wrong, they are friendly and understanding.lovely RS Veronica was very helpful and customer service was excellent. My sister is and our family are grateful, and giving us a good rate on same day move. BUT we did not appreciate when Bib (Mover) blamed Me? (Which btw my sisters heard him saying.) “you gave me the wrong address, it is not my fault, you gave wrong details). Now, why would we give them the wrong details for the address? We are paying per half hour and it cost a lot of money.why not take the responsibility that the drivers made a mistake and apologies? I ignored him after saying that to me.why? Because our family just want to finish the moving part ASAP as we are SUPER DELAYED already. We booked our spot in the new place to move from 2pm-5pm.because of the hassle we finished at 6: 30pm! We didnt argue anymore to the supervisor about from the time we left old place to new place and just paid the amount and him giving us 30mins disc as the wasted time waiting, but it was way more time wasted. From 3: 45pm we left the old plce, it takes 45min without TOLL (and driving carefully), or 30-35min to get to the right address WITH Toll and we said to take Toll and we are happy to pay for that extra. Before leaving the old place, we ask the movers if you want to follow us, Bib (mover) said we use GPS, and we are okay. I said okay, we will see you at Olympic park address. Then he keeps asking for the address which i dont get why? But we gave it to him again.like 4-5times.he calls us and ask us to send the address which we did (all recorded black and white) anyways If the company can get back to me and speak to us about this properly would be greatly appreciated. But the mover did wreck 1 item and its the leather chair, i reported it to the supervisor straight away and showed the photo. Communication with the drivers was a bit hard as they were not speaking in english to each other, which we didnt mind. But We do not appreciate what he did by blaming us by giving the wrong address?

All my stuff were damaged during unloading. Some stuff also is missing. Please get back to me and answer my emails so we can get to a solution.
