Avoid them. All of my wood furnitures are damaged. I have never had an experience like this.
The response is wrong:
They charged me exactly as per the pricing. The timing their driver messaged me multiply by the quote plus the call out plus booking fee of $100. Ended up paying 1090 for a one bedroom and 5 hours job.
And no there was no compensation.
I can post photos so u can see there are not finger nail scratches. My library, drawe, coffee table, side table, they literally threw a box that was saying fragile right in front of my eyes in front of the unit. I was lucky that I had packed it with a lot of absorbers.
There was a security fight but so what. Nothing happened. He left. I talked to the strata and the guy left. Are they angry that they couldn't stretch the time more? 5 hours wasn't enough? Because they had a fight with security so they had to break everything?
And the story of I refused to let them find a place is an absolute madeup story. The security guy came and complained about where we had parked the truck. I talked to the strata and the security guy left. They unloaded my stuff in front of the property and then went and parked the truck in another place. Then came and moved stuff up to the floor. Things got damaged while moving them upstairs not during unloading them.
They hit the wall in the first apartment. Was there any security there? My hat that was inside a box was found on the ground of the first place. Was there any security fight there?
You can believe this post or not and it is up to you. My job was reporting them.
I didn't even mention how they came almost an hour late. Also, they used my toilet to do number 2 and left it dirty. And no I wasn't rude to the workers, I wish I were so I wouldn't be upset reading it. Anyway.this was my experience.

Speedy move helped us relocate from Sydney to Wollongong. They did an amazing job and made what was a stressful task a pleasant experience. The guys were very friendly and respectful with our belongings, they arrived exactly on time and were extremely efficient. All communication was on point from start to Finnish and we were satisfied and great full that we had found a great company for our move

I will definitely use speedy move again in the future and will be passing on their number to our friends and family.

These guys are great!
They were on time and cheerful. Our apartment was a mess because we had things all over the place. They helped us get organised, packed up, and moved and maintained a positive attitude the whole day.even with our 10month old twin boys who were not having the best day. Working with these guys was a pleasure and I'd hire them on for my next move.

Ordered a 10 ton truck and came in a 4 ton truck, refused to refund my deposit and drove of without resolving the problem

These 2 guys were incredibly professional! Even after some vehicle trouble, they arrived when estimated and wasted no time getting into their work. Very friendly, and hard workers that don't mind doing the hard stuff! I cannot speak highly enough for these guys and the tremendous work they did. Cheers lads
