My phone went for a swim so took it straight to this shop. They were so good to work on it fast to dry and clean getting it back working perfectly! They generously said no charge but I paid as they have rent to pay and times are tough. So I hope they get plenty of future business and highly recommend their professional overall service

These guys sorted my 2 phones out in minutes.so professional and clearly know their stuff. Telstra had no clue and admitted they weren't tech savvy! They take thousands of dollars off you and no back up. SOS didn't charge, they were the best!

SOS phone repairs fixed my first screen repair. In under a month I dropped the phone 1 foot from the ground and the screen popped out - they fixed this under warranty with quick turn around. Second time, my fault but they fixed it within 20 minutes and gave me a free coffee voucher for the record/coffee shop while I waited - highly recommend, staff have amazing customer service!

I took my phone in because the battery was depleting very quickly (within half a day). The young man found the problem (an app which was running in the background) and fixed the problem immediately and there was no charge. How good is that!

I went in to see if they could fix my charger port or battery problem because it wasn’t charging properly so the guy that served me took my phone and gave it a simple clean and now it has no problems with charging anymore I’m so impressed with the work even tho it was a little cleaning issue, will definitely come back if I have any other issues

I went in to the shop to get my speaker cleaned. When I came back the speaker was fixed but the led screen had spread around the speaker. No questions asked the guys replaced the screen. Unbelievable service. I highly recommend to anybody who needs repairs

Also great customer service with advice on phone case and a screen protector.

Dropped my phone in to have the screen fixed on Tuesday and was told it would be ready to go the next day.came to Friday and no one had bothered to give me a call with any updates. Had to call them to see what was happening only to be told it would be another 4 days (after being told 24 hours). Went and picked it up and took someplace else who fixed in 10 minutes. Was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism.

Driving to Sydney on a Friday afternoon and my phone stopped charging. They close at 4 I rang and said I would hit Coffs at 3.40. I had a new charging port and new phone screen by 4.05. I would have been screwed with no maps in Sydney. Friendly, fast and professional.
