Went in thinking my phone needed a replacement charger Inlet and a friendly staff member cleaned my phone and fixed it free of charge:)

I went to sos to get a second opinion. He cleaned the charging port for me within a matter of 2 mins and saved me $100.

My phone hasn’t been charging properly. Quoted $120 for the charging component to be replaced at the plaza or $30 to look at the component and have it cleaned. SOS, quoted $80 so I headed over. I was more than happy to pay the $80 but the friendly staff member took a look and gave it a clean and said there wasn’t a problem, no replacement needed and no charge for the clean. Friendly and genuine customer service. Thank you so much.

It says on the sign most phones fixed within 30 minutes, took my Huwaii in there to get a new screen and back glass and it took 2 and half weeks to get the screen fixed. They said this was a supplier issue and they wouldn't take any money off, not my problem how long the supplier takes i could of flown to china to get a new screen from the factory in that time.

Honest, efficient, only waited 1 hour, found what was wrong with my phone and fix it

Went into SOS phone repairs today as my phone wasn’t charging properly. They advised me it was full of dirt and dust as I’m a plumber and constantly climbing under houses.
The nice man cleaned it out for me and then when I tried to pay for it he said all good that’s on the house.
I’ve always used SOS for my phone repairs. Great service and all the staff are friendly and easy to deal with.

Absolutely amazing service!

I've used the store and their services twice now and both times they've been beyond awesome to deal with.

Ordering parts for my device took no time at all and the repairs themselves where done in no time.

The staff are so friendly and helpful.

Just couldn't be happier with them all round.

My friend and I went to get her phone fixed because the back of it was smashed, they said sure thing 2 hours and it’ll be done. 6 hours later they give it back with new scratches where they would have removed the back and the camera lens is wrecked. They acted like it was a surprise and just said we’ll give you a discount it you don’t come back. As we left they mention out of nowhere they didn’t try to get into her phone, but the passcode was disabled. I think people need to know this is what you’re getting when you come here for your phones to be fixed.
