I/we have had a terrific experience with Soloman's Flooring at Willoughby. George and his crew were great to deal with and our flooring result was just amazing for our Physiotherapy practice. You make the other carpet companies on the lower north shore look like slick, over priced, snake oil salesmen.
As an older single woman I often find sales people talk over/down to me and presume I know nothing. After building and renovating a number of properties in my lifetime, and having tertiary qualifications in business, nothing turns me off faster than a know-it-all who tries to press the most expensive options with exorbitant prices. Solomon's at Willoughby were recommended to me, so became one of a number of companies in the area, whose showrooms I visited.

One very happy customer later, I say thank you David (and your laying team/office staff) for your professional, courteous and prompt service. The carpet is divine and my home is now a warm and cosy barefoot haven.

David listened carefully to my requirements and offered a range of carpets that met my needs in regard to longevity, appearance, cleaning and light properties in the rooms. He brought a range of samples to my apartment and sent a speedy quotation to my email in-box. His quotes for the three I chose were all very reasonable (compared to other companies for a similar range of products).

I talked about the difference in price between the items he had quoted on and asked a number of questions via phone and an email. I made a decision between the final two preferred samples and various underlay options - taking his very expert, honest and frank advice on every aspect, which meant I ultimately accepted his lower priced quote - saving me a considerable sum.

Further, the laying was provided by a cheerful and competent team in a timely and expert manner and the site left neat and tidy and old carpet removed when they left.
Why would you buy carpet or flooring anywhere else - these people are seriously good!
