We have been at Snooze today to buy new pillows. Monique specifically assisted us, but we had wonderful input from other staff as well. Buying pillows when you have a bad neck or any kind of spinal issue is not an easy task and everyone was so so knowlegable, helpful and kind. Thank you very much - we’ll definitely be back to buy a new bed…hopefully sooner rather than later!

The worst service ever. We bought a bed frame back in November and they told it was going to be delivered end of December. We are in Feb now and nothing happened, I called the shop and they keep telling me they will call me back but nothing happens. I am tryin g to get my money back. Do not shop at this place!

We recently bought two adjustable bed frames and two mattresses from Ravi at Snooze Manly Vale. Ravi could not have been more helpful and accommodating. He was extremely patient and knowledgable in answering our many questions and gave us a super competitive price. Communication was fab while we waited a very short time for linen we ordered to arrive in store and for delivery of our frames and mattresses. We ordered a Gas lift bed from Snooze and the process was really streamlined, the Two Gentlemen Hank and Kezza who did the install were fantastic, bed was put together in about 30 mins! Would highly recommend getting the install if you have the option.
