Oh they are so nice and polite people they made me feel so happy with there smiles they have very nice customer service

I had a really great experience at smile direct Club Parramatta.
It's hard for me to get around with two young kids but it was really easy just to park at Parramatta Westfields and walk 5 minutes to the building lovely staff all over great experience. I recommend smiledirectclub to anybody.
Looking forward to my new smile.

Clinic was very clean and gorgeous and the ladies were very welcoming but the issue was i had to explain them what i need, like i had to explain my mid line issues, being ortho professional i was expecting them to diagnose what is issue and how it supposed to be fixed. As my jaw shape is not even because of my overbite so i was expecting them to diagnose my jaw shape, mid line and all but i had to explain them about the issues.

The guys at SmileDirectClub Paramatta are the best, once I got into their office, they made me feel very excited and already feel like I’m getting the best smile already. Thank you, Jordan & Maya.

My appointment was very quick and smooth. I got told the information I needed and wanted all thanks to Jordan who really helped me understand what journey I was gonna be going on with Smile Direct Club and the outcome of it.

I had my consultation with Jordan and was very happy with the entire process. Jordan explained how the Smile Direct Club works and answered all questions professionally and ensured I was comfortable during the consultation.

Very poor experience. I reached there 10mins before my appointment time (after paying for parking) and was left waiting for another 45mins and still didn't get seen by the consultant. I was told they were over booked. Wasted my time and day. I had to walk out after waiting another 10mins.

My experience was great from the moment I stepped into the office until the time I left. All the lady’s greeted me with smiles and in such a professional manner. I was taken into a room with Aakriti who was lovely, she talked me through everything I needed to know about the 3D scan and showed me what to expect in the box when my aligners come. We discussed how they work any potential issues and payments. Only criticism I have is that I didn’t want to put in my banking details until after I’ve been told whether I’m eligible or not and have seen the progression of my teeth over time.

The service is exceptional, Melanie guide me through the process and educated me on invisalign. They are very transparent with everything and it's a lot cheaper compare to other invisalign. But make sure to check if you're a suitable candidate for smile direct club's invisalign.

Mayra was absolutely perfect with all her support and help! I was very unsure and she was amazing with helping me! I can’t thank her and the other lady enough! Coming from customer service here is brilliant
